The walls are a litte bit thin, and sometimes I could hear the other guests walking around.

Great location, the central area is just a couple minutes from the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and cozy. I was satisfied with everything for this value!

Friendly and polite staff, clean and well-equipped room and bathroom. The breakfast was great, lot of nice things to choose from. The location is quite but is next to the city centre, there are stores, bars and restaurants within 2-5 minutes of walking.

Parking is a bit expensive (8 euro) but not too expensive considering that you always have reserved parking space. Breakfast is basic stuff but enough not to be hungry after it.

Excellent location, you can walk on foot to city center, Arkad shopping center etc. Rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. Have private parking lot.

The refrigerator was a bit noisy. At check-out there was no one at reception so we just left the key there. Parking is limited and narrow, larger cars are hard to fit.

Our overall experience was good. The check-in went smoothly, the receptionist was kind and welcoming. The room was good enough and it was clean. It had all necessities.

The hotel is conveniently located in a very nice and historic part of town. Jasmin at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. She went out of her way to accommodate us and solve our parking issue.

If you like warm accommodations in the colder months, then this is the place for you. I turned the room heater off, as it was too hot for me, and had to open the window occasionally to cool the room down and keep the room temperature comfortable for me.

The room was of a good size. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Hot water pot for making tea or coffee, and tv (local channels). Large closet, and two different sized pillows (a rarity for those of us who don't like large, oversized pillows). Large window could be opened three ways.

Beds, pillow little bit uncomfy, neighbors weren't that quiet , also street lights too bright, our curtain wasn't enough to dark the room at night. Also on of the showercabin door part was missing, we couldn't close it fully..

Main staff ,Enviroment, location and price was good, also the breakfast is not bad except there is no Gluten free food (bread).

Very average taste of morning coffee

Location if perfect and we appreciated also parking in the yard. I also like hotels of this size.

The carpets were very old and the bathroom door didn't open fully. Staff working on the breakfast were poorly presented and did not have their hair tied back while serving food.

The room was spacious and the hotel itself is very well located within an easy walk from the central part of town. Nights were quiet other than rubbish bin collection early morning. The breakfast room is pleasant with good natural light and there is a good selection of sausages and cheeses.

Bathroom a bit tight.

Friendly staff. Room 209 was quiet (our room faced the parking lot) clean and equipped with fridge and kettle. Location is ideal next to Király Utca with bars, restaurants and cafes. Main square is 5 minutes walk.

The breakfast could have offered a greater selection. Also the drinks offered at breakfast were quite artificial rather than 100% juices.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready until later in the afternoon due to water hose breakage. This was beyond their control. I am not holding the hotel against it.
