When we arrived, there wasn't shower gel, and the bathroom was full of hair from the previous guest. The room was never cleaned despite our claim.

The receptionist took quite long to check-in someone. The location of the place is really far away from the city centre and it is quite complicated to get there, since the public transport is not great at that area. The room and the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Bit expensive as well.

The garden surrounding the accomodation was very nice and calm. Also the accomodation is set up in a historic location, which is interesting to have a look at. The room was more than big enough for one person, cozy, it was okay to stay there for one night.

The lack of A/C in the rooms made the nights quite "sticky" but the hotel is working on fixing that for the next summer season.

Location. Although neighborhood is green and nice it's to far away from the city center, even by car. Everything else is ok.

We struggled to find anywhere to eat on a Monday as local restaurants were closed and the hotel doesn't serve food.

Great place to stay, with a large clean room, lovely gardens and friendly staff. Pet friendly and free parking available too. It is very quiet and peaceful, outside of the busy city.

The room didn't have any tent on the window. Anyway i didn't ask for them after i joined the room. The breakfast was good but if you arrive after 9 you're not gonna find so much as a cake or croissant. But finally was good.

All good. The hotel looks like nice. The place is really quiet and also comfortable for the public transportation to the city center. There is also a small supermarket near to the hotel and a money change office.

Our room had not been cleaned, I have never seen anything like it. The room itself was basic and value for money but we were disgusted to find clumps of hair all over the bathroom walls and floor, shower curtain, bed, pillows...empty used bottles laying around the room. Basic hygiene measures really. We arrived very late and were only staying here for the night and we were keen to get some rest after traveling. However when we alerted a member of staff they apologised but told us there were no other rooms available. He swept the hair on the bathroom floor but it wasn't cleaned. There were no clean sheets or pillow covers given to us therefore we opted to sleep in our sleeping bags! This was supposed to be a relaxing night before camping and turned out to be utterly pointless and a waste of money. I have emailed the hotel directly before writing this review and was assured a manager would be intouch but I'm still waiting. Although the staff had seen how bad it was, we were not compensated or made more comfortable in any way. It's unacceptable really and very disappointing.

The hotel itself was beautiful and had well maintained gardens surrounding the property.

lack of management outdated room equipment very poor breakfast, very poor room service, we haven’t got any service during our 4 days stay at the hotel, it’s look like no one cares about the guests! There was a tv in the room which was not working at all! the small Nespresso machine was stinking because it was not used neither cleaned for a very long time! the bed and the bed sheets where full of old stains, walls full of cracks and dirty curtain! and all this are because of a weak management who doesn’t care!!! by Booking this hotel was rated as 4 star but they have 3 stars! and even the 3 start rating is a waste of stars! please update the hotel rating at least to the real rating, this called miss informing the people!

There’s no soundproofing at all. Very noisy wood floor in my room. I assume next-door also because I heard peoples shoes clacking. Also, the stone stairway heard everyone’s steps  coming and going, the echo of sound people talking or children shouting. When I got to my room at 11 PM the next building had a wedding going on. The smokers gathered outside, of course having a good time chatting and laughing prevented me falling asleep for a while. Around 2:30 AM. I woke up to people going up and down the stairs just talking normal voice was still too loud because the echoing of the stairway and no soundproofing of the door.  I almost fell asleep again around 4:30am when the power went out at the entire complex and the next building to us had an alarm going off with the siren that never stopped.  Finally I covered my ears with pillows and I think I fell asleep around 5:30 AM.

was noisy - I can hear my neighbours loud and clear. The curtain is not shading enough and the street light was just at my window so in the middle of the night the room was quite light. Breakfast was basic I believe it can improve a lot. Shower is weird there is nothing just the flow and after 2 of us took a shower we was standing in lake and the water start to flow to the room. Little ventilation too. No bar or similar but there is a vending machine. But it is not so bad but those few point world improve a lot in the general comfort.
