Everything was amazing: the room, staff (Milanko, Agnes), common areas of the hotel. Didn’t try food or soa service but I am sure those would be as spectacular!

The food options felt a little lacking and overpriced compared to elsewhere in Budapest

Slightly out of the centre which I like and a transformed telecoms centre. The building felt grand adn a bit special and different. The staff were just great, super helpful and friendly, even if at times they seemed "new". Spacious and well designed rooms and suites

The hotel is designed with high-end finishing and a unique interior. We enjoyed it a lot. We liked the spacious suites and well-equipped bathrooms. Very delicious breakfast and fast service.

The hotel has a beautiful spa and gym but we were disappointed that the pool and spa area were not open for an early morning swim.

We loved this hotel, it's incredibly stylish and the staff are very professional and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and dining in the restaurant was also a very good experience. We had exceptional service throughout but would like to mention Miklos in particular.

the spa , they will try to let you pay without even making the service . we had bad experience with the spa , but to be fair the manger was soo professional and he solve the issue

Upgraded to a beautiful suite on arrival as we were celebrating a big birthday. Received a welcome drink in the courtyard. Spa was great, it wasn’t busy and very clean. Great location, close to lots of lovely restaurants/cafes. All the staff went the extra mile.

Charge for using the swimming pool, can understand a charge for spa experiences (massages etc.) but 20 euros pp (per day) to use a swimming pool that is connected to the hotel is a bit steep. Location is good but not in the centre of the city. Smart TV would be a nice touch also, but not a major issue

Great hotel, very spacious room and the facilities are exceptional. Staff on arrival were very helpful and informative and gave us free tickets on public transport for the first day of arrival. Very relaxing hotel and would definitely stay here again if visiting Budapest.

Fabulous in every way. Staff at front desk and concierge were exceptional and extremely helpful. Spa was incredible and the overall facilities were beautifully curated. It made us want to stay much longer!

Perfect stay. Amazing building , facilities and staff Breakfast with a large buffet choice and also hot dishes prepared on the spot: eggs Benedict, fried eggs , omelettes , avocado toasts… The room is spacious and super clean. Wonderful toilet with bathtub, separate shower Quite neighborhood in the Pest side close to the main avenue and 5 min walking distance for public transport
