this hotel is incredible and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. everything single person we interacted with when above and beyond to make your experience special. rooms are amazing with lovely views of the lake. the spa is excellent and you can easily spend a few hours here. will definitely be back!

If you are not a fine dining lover, the dinner is not so great. There are only special, weird gourmet main courses for example rabbit, oysters, lamb soup, etc. If you are picky or simply prefer more basic food, it can easily happen that you can eat only the starter bread. However, there are many other reastaurants nearby.

Great location, fancy interior design, excellent breakfast selection (special love for the waffles + vanilla sauce combo), friendly staff. There were a LOT of towels in the wellness section that I appreciated a lot. Massage and facial were also great.

There is nothing else around. Either you stay at the hotel or you have a distance to travel to find other restaurants.

All you need for a nice stay and the service and food was excellent. Nice located with a marina in front of the hotel.

The staff… It’s a bit of problematic. There are very kind and helpful ones, but there are the ones which are not suitable with their behavior. In a hotel which is in luxury division, this should be solved immediately without hesitation.

Neatly and elegantly designed hotel. You can feel every part of the fine details. Location is great. Breakfast was amazing, you can find anything you want. Rooms are more than expected, very clean and comfortable. “Sun Deck” is the part where you forget everything, simply relax and enjoy the lake and sun. In overall, I recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. The room, the spa, the food was excellent. The staff was professional. Highly recommended to everyone, who wants to relax in a unique hotel near Lake Balaton.

The beds have the typical "European Ditch" which is called a double. I feel a hotel of this level could provide a bed without two mattresses pushed together.

Breakfast Buffet was marvelous. Restaurant is constantly improving their menu. Staff is very positive towards comments about improvements. This is important since it is a brand new hotel that will have noticeable improvements overtime.

No complimentary water in the room ... Let alone tea/coffee ... Everything was extra. Something as essential as a small bottle of still + a small bottle of sparkling water should be included ... Even cheap hotels offer that. Also, check-out was at 11:00 rather unusually (everywhere else is 12:00), staff was very inflexible when we asked for an extension ...

Great location, very nice private floating area, good drinks, nice food, didn't go to the spa (no time) but walked by and it looked very nice ... Would recommend!

construction were going on both sides of the hotel which was pretty noisy and also ruined the view. Reception design was poorly executed but the staff was friendly.

Excellent hotel! Great location, excellent private beach! Very attentive service, however very few personal speak good English! Very stylish design, a lot of attention to even smallest details! General manager Anna is extremely helpful and supporting! Looking forward to the next stay at LUA (once the roof top bar is open!). Very much recommend!

As this is a new hotel, the staff needs some time to work more effectively together. Just as it happens this hotel will be even better. The gym is very small.

Completely new hotel with nice room, we especially liked the spaciuos and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast is really 5 star, you can find nearly everything that a hotel can offer for breakfast. Dinner was also fabulous.

The spa is quite rusty and worn out for a property only one year old. We didn’t enjoy the loud music and outdoor speakers in the beach area.

It is not 5 star. It is a good 4 star property. For a bathing and wellness lakeside resort they dont open their stairs to the beach until the whole beachclub opens at 10am. The restuarant is good with great food but highly variable service levels. Bar is good
