There is a bar downstairs (no food, only alcohol). One room was located above the bar and with the windows closed the music was very loud. It was noisy on Friday night. The beds are comfortable, but they squeak a lot. But we liked the hotel itself so much that it wouldn’t stop us from returning there.

This is a nice hotel. We used convenient parking in the yard. Excellent location in easy reach of central areas and most of the tourist sights. To the city center about 10 minutes walk. There are two rooms in the suite. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Two large wardrobes. Modern large bathroom, no problems with hot water. The plumbing works fine. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. WI-FI works very well. Nice breakfast (several types of slicing meat and cheese, yoghurts, muesli, eggs, sausages, vegetables and delicious baked goods. No problem with payment. Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out - 2 minutes.

The bathroom was quite small. The toilet was really cramped next to the shower. I had the impression that the kitchen is equipped with stove or something that we can use to prepare anything to eat, but it's just a fridge and the furniture.

1)WiFi router in every room, but no internet connection in the evening! They say it's because of limited number of users available. What a pitty! They invested in routers but with limited internet 🙄 This should really be fixed!! 2)Old towels so they are far from being soft and they are smelly (old towels usually have an unpleasant mold like smell!) They should really consider buying new towels! 3)small and wasted pillows.

It's a bit off center, but taxis are cheapish in Szeged.

Not exactly in the very centre, but close to the spas. The city centre is some 20 minutes' light walk. I enjoyed the calm location and the utterly clean room. The interior design was better than expected, with pleasant lights. The bed was more than comfortable. The staff was flexible when it came to check-in/check-out.

We speak Hungarian. On the afternoon we arrived, the small reception area was crammed to bursting with "entrepreneurs" who commanded all the chairs/space and engaged in loud business talk and gossip. The receptionist allowed herself to be drawn into the conversation. The conversation should have been carried out in the attached tavern or the vacant breakfast room nearby. A little discretion would be nice. Incoming guests need to feel a little bit welcome.

The breakfasts were wonderful, splendid. The eggs had a bit of trouble staying warm but we didn't mind. The breakfast staff was very alert. The little coffee shop was so very handy and its offerings (coffee, beverages, sandwiches, pastries) very good. Our room was very nice ... and very quiet!!! Furnishings lacked a writing desk, but bed was very comfortable.
