Great host, great security, good value and location, would stay again. Washing machine, fridge/freezer and Air conditioning worked well. Couldn't ask for anything else! There is an Aldi nearby too.

Maybe the Wi-Fi signal could be better. It stops...from time to time.

It is the perfect apartment for a family of 3 or even 4 people, very well located, next to a park and a few minutes walk to the metro. The house has Wi-Fi and Netflix (no subscription), the rooms are very neat and the balcony is perfect for breakfast or even dinner. There is a pizzeria and supermarket right next door and the host, Gabor, is very responsive to any problems. All in all, when I visit Budapest again, this is also where I hope to find the apartment free.

Cosy and new appartment, near to our congress room, not far from the city centre. Coffee machine, kettle, microwave, iron ...and all the staff necessary for your stay in Budapest. Very kind and helpful owner.

Location. It is quite far from the center, but the most anoying thing was that there is not even a single place to buy coffee in the morning...

Small but well designed apartment (!!) we were amazed how briliiantly Gábor had organized it, thinking about every small details.

The apartment location was very good for us and close to the bus station. The living room's AC was a great addition that helped us sleep quickly in such hot weather.

The host was great. We needed to be late as our bus was canceled and the host waited for us and offered us all support.

It would be good to update "welcome folder" with information that nearest subway station is under construction to avoid going back and forth :). There was mold visible in few spots in the bathroom.

Very nice host (speaking English) waiting for us (we changed the arrival hour few times due to traffic). Very cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment was not big (I think it was the smallest one from the photos) - for 3 adults and 1 child it was crowdy sometimes but for few days it was ok. There were a lot of lockers in the room where you could put your things. Really spacious balcony where you can sit even when it is raining (there is a shutter that can be folded down)

Would highly recommend this property to anyone after our great experience and conversations with the host. Host met us at the apartment, was really friendly and helped when we had an issue connecting to the wifi. Apartment was clean, spacious, has lots of storage, all the required facilities and even a great balcony. Was very comfortable, with lots of additional touches such as shutters on the balcony and a midge net.

I had strange charging issue where I was charged twice. I was charged through Booking and I paid at the property. Money reserved by booking was supposed to be released but it didn’t happen. I had a luck so I checked my bank account. It was explained to me that it was a mistake and that they will do a money transfer to me (at that moment I was in apartment). I had to insist on having my cash back. It looked kind of weird and like a fraud. Next time I am paying only through Booking.

Located across a great park. Easy to get public transportation. It is possible to pay for garage.
