No disposable tootbrushes and toothpaste, no slippers as one might expect in a hotel.

The design and the ambience of the hotel is amazing. The staffs were helpful.

The front of the hotel is under repair/renovation, and is partially blocked off. The shower head fixture was broken, and the shower design is defective (you will get a lot of water onto the floor when you shower).

The hotel is located not far from the parliament, the bridge, the opera house, and the center of town in general, all within in walking distance (for us).

Only minor details, the sanitary bags were very few and were not being changed daily. The hair dryer was not that good and we had to ask for a new one. Also the room was extremely narrow and had not a fridge. Besides that, all was satisfactory.

The hotel is in an excellent position at the center of the town and close to sights like the new york cafe, the liszt academy etc. Also it is exactly near to the station of the M2 subway line, from where you can transit anywhere at the city. The breakfast was amazing and the service was friendly and helpful!

Hotel seems that the best times of the building and premises were 5-7 years ago. Small cracks and tiny details of decay on the walls or doors were present, towels in the room should be retired and the smell of weak sanitation/canalisation at the bathroom were super unpleasant.

Loved our room. So spacious, lovely to relax in if we'd had time, with a huge bathroom. The staff were brilliant when it came to organising my taxi back to the airport. Eventhough they were just doing their job, it felt above and beyond in comparison to other hotels. Very conveniently located too. Very near the New York Cafe and just by metro station.

At the day of the check out around 9am. The cleaner went inside the room without knocking. We are still lying on the bed and we were shocked because check out time is 12pm.

The shower wall is small so the water keeps on splashing around. There was maintenance going on at the time of our stay and some noise in the morning but we weren't bothered much. The area is very busy so an open window is not an option.

Good room size, high ceilings, decent breakfast. The bed was comfortable. We really liked the coffee and tea self service in the lobby - great touch.

Whilst air conditioning appeared to be available in the rooms, the rooms were stuffy and hot. When I enquired about it. I was told that the air conditioning wasn't working. A lady was sent to sort it out, however she just turned on the air conditioning fans and they didn't work either. Made it hard with drinks given there wasn't a fridge either. Whilst the room had a huge bathroom and was very modern, there was nowhere to put toiletries etc. Neither of these concerns were enough to really be too critical however

Modern hotel, close to the Danube and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Rooms are quite small and the bathroom was spacious but the shower could use some attention like make sure the ground doesn’t all get wet.

Located in the centre and easy to find. It’s clean. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choice for me.

I chose this hotel because it was walking distance from the main railway station (Keleti). And there was a metro stop next door. I'm wondering, in retrospect, if I should have chosen something nearer the center. The room was warm, but I was able to open the window to cool it down (the air-conditioning does not cool in the winters). There was no kettle in the room, but I was able to go down, get hot water, and bring it up for our room coffee.

Very courteous staff. Good breakfast. Nice location: nearby main markets and metro station. Not very expensive. Overall decent value for money.

Excellent location, walking distance to Keleti train station, tram and metro at the corner. Hotel is clean, we had 3bed room, which was really big enough for 3 persons. There is no tea maker in the rooms, but there is in the lobby with perfect coffee 👍. Children also could play some pc games in the lobby. Breakfast very tasty, you can chose from various food. We enjoyed our stay

would have been nice to have fridge. Also iron, but there was a designated ironing room and that was fine.

breakfast buffet was average but commensurate to the value of the stay; I was happy. Free Coffee machine and water in the lobby were a nice treat. Rooms were generous and clean.
