There was no complimentary water- for an over 100 e/ night, that’s not nice and there was no shower gel next to bathtub, only nec to shower- which was quite away

Grey, cold, plain. No pictures on the wall or coffee machine or tissues in the room, although they are basic in a 4 star hotel. At the breakfast they ask your name that is totally strange

Excellent location near to downtown area. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, nicely decorated room with all necessary facilities. I will certainly stay there for my upcoming trips to Szekszard.

The pillow could have been thinner, but that is personal reference. The breakfast was okay but not a lot of options. But I was still very full from the fantastic dinner, so no problem at all ;)

Great location, very close to the city center. The staff was very nice and helpful. Good parking directly opposite the hotel. The restaurant is to be recommended! Big portions for an economic price and great wine choice from the area. Fantastic room with a free standing bathtub.

The only constructive feedback that I would like to give is that it would be nice to provide more healthy choices at breakfast. There was no whole-grain bread nor oat. I find the price high, but I guess my economy does not meet my requirements :)

Very service-minded. We requested early breakfast, and they provided it. Hotel is newly renovated, modern and clean. There was fresh bread and omelette on the breakfast buffet, already at 6:30 AM

We missed having a kettle and mugs to prepare tea or coffee in our room. And also to have a small shampoo, soap, and body lotion as usually, hotels have.

We liked everything, the room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. We had the chance to check in early and check out late, so we are very pleased with the flexibility of the hotel.

The beds have hospital plastic undercover which leaves you sweating the whole night regardless of the temperature in the room. The pillows are rock hard so you don’t sleep anyway. The choice at breakfast is the smallest in any hotel I’ve been in the last years. They don’t even have fresh fruit.

Property is nice and looks good, it is situated near other restaurants in walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel is good with friendly service.

Advertised (and priced) as four star, it is three star at best, and poor value for money. Rooms are noisy (looking on the main road) with poor window shading so even harder to sleep from early morning. Breakfast is mediocre, no proper espresso, had to go out to town to get one. Wine recommendations for dinner by restaurant staff (in a hotel owned by a well-known winer) were simply awful.

Reception was nice.
