everything superlative. cleanliness, kitchen equipped with everything you need (coffee, tea from the house), heat (appliance set to 22C) and quiet (being located on the last level you are not disturbed by the neighbors). Very prompt communication with the owner, self check-in, attention to details and guidance information. A few minutes from the tram station and a 15-minute walk from the airport express bus. I strongly recommend this accommodation unit.

This is a lovely, compact and spotless apartment. Perfect for exploring Budapest bring close to transport links. The neighbourhood has everything you need from shops and bars to restaurants and supermarkets! The hosts were super helpful with the instructions. Brilliant value

Hard bed for my taste 🤔

Very nice flat with interesting details, open modern space and good amenities. Excellent AC, superb mini kitchen, nice view over the rooftops and quiet location. Clean and tasteful.

There are very few things less likeable. The bed was too hard for my liking [but others find this an asset]. SOmetimes the noise from trams passing on the street in front can be heard, but they are not frequent. Also, although the elevator itself is very smooth and quiet, it can be heard the mechanism moving it, which is located somewhere above and very close. But it is not used very often. Leaving a window open lets some city noise get it, but with all closed it is pleasantly quiet. The trash bins are located in the hallway at the entrance, so passing by can be not so pleasant, especially when they are full. But apart from that, it is a quite clean building. It is not easily reached by public transport from the airport - using bus 100E has to be combined with another 2 or take a generous walk; one can take an airport shuttle, sensibly more expensive but half the price of a taxi and providing the same service, it can be reached in about 1/2 hour. From the Keleti train station one can take a tram and walk or take a second one for 2 stops to come closer [this one is quite rare though].

Great position, close to the center and to various means of public transport. Many shops and restaurants around. The ap is in an old building, but nicely renovated and provides most of the needs of a home. It was the best offer for a place with air conditioning, I was aware that summer can be hot. 7th [last] floor, facing the inner court, nice view and generally quiet. A large bed and an extendable armchair. Small kitchen quite well provided, including cleaning stuff. Nice and airy bathroom, with a tub. Washing machine and ironing stuff. CATV [not used during my stay]. Great wifi - just one internet drop, resolved after restarting the router. Generous depositing facilities. Good towels. It has it's own source for heating and hot water, so no probem with that. Tap water is very clean. Can accomodate up to 3 persons. Elevator to help carry the bags or for people with limited mobility. I didn't meet the hostess, just exchanged some messages, in English, she seems very nice. The street is nice to walk on, lots of trees on both sides. There are parking spaces on the street, payable by the hour. Although being quite central, it is not a crowded street, but quite close is a large boulevard.

The apartment is well located with all the necessary places around such as Spar supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, nightshop, pharmacy, Rossman, etc. and just 2 minutes from the trams and buses. Apartment is nice, cozy and clean with all amenities you might need including laundry machine, fridge, tv, wifi, kettle, coffee maker, iron, towels, washing gels, tea, coffee sugar, salt, some card/board games, maps of the city, etc, basically EVERYTHING! :)) The owner, Alexandra, was also very nice and communicative so our stay was just great. I highly recommended this place and will definitely stay again.
