There was a strange smell coming from the outside. Like a farm. And lots is flies in the bedroom. The maintenance can be improved.

The wellness and the pools are great. The area for children in awesome.

How the Restaurant is managed is unacceptable. For example for dinner: If you enter 10min before the closing time (10pm), immediately you are asked to pay the bill for the full dinner (the cost is a fixed prize) but in 10min you have to end your dinner and leave the table! I have never experienced such type of bad service. I was astonished. Of course it is understandable a kitchen fixed closing time but not of the entire service.

There were a lot of Wasp nests on the Hotel walls and on our balcony. Also the sink was clogged.

The Thermal Park was very nice and the staff was pretty friendly.

The wellness place have not many Options like other places and there was no swimming pool. Dinner was a bit surprising,it had not many choices to eat. Breakfast was although nice.

We did like the rooms very much ,they were very clean and comfortable.

Water was not warm enough only around 32 to 33 degree and we expected warmer temperatures. Bathcoat in the room was with big hole … please a bid more quality check.

Sensationell Pizza at the hotel Bistro. Breakfast was as expected good. Spa Center very friendly and good massage. Very nice VIP lounge for G-Level members.

Not comfy pillows, too small

Since the check-in till check-out all went smooth, Large parking space, wide variety of meals for the breakfast, perfect Spa, where you can indulge yourself and I would like to highlight an excellent vibe of sauna ritual, that was just one big show. Nicely furnished rooms with all you need from toilettries, bathrobe, towels, slippers. You can easily access spa from your room in a bathrobe, which is a big plus. Personally I can say this is a very nice 4* hotel up to my expectations and perfect value for the money.

the young girl on the front counter is scary , she treats you like a customs officer! if we had of know how to get another hotel we would not have put up with her hostility, and gone else on the spot! she is more like a Robot! anyway all the rest of the people there are lovely and helpful.

Drinks were expensive, especially to a place where you need to hydrate a lot. But one disappointing service was the iron. I got such a junk iron and ironing board to my room, what I cannot comprehend.

The spa was a great choice for our getaway. Rooms are huge and the spa, especially the sauna was great. Food was also very delicious.

The location outside the city, in an industrial area, but this is something you cannot change.

The Thermal Park is really great, the lake pool outside has a unique beach feeling and it is not overcrowded. The water is clear, the food is great, the staff is friendly.

Please (!) consider having breakfast coffee (not coffee you have to pay extra for) available for those of us who are really early risers.

Everything! Romantic, beautiful, great food, fun. The rooms are well designed, and were obviously planned by someone who actually stays in hotels a lot.

Poor service, restaurant does not refill the buffet, salad in wellness stall, staff with poor attitude! However, the cleaning ladies had more guest relation skills than the prople who were supposed.

This was our second time back but I am not sure if there will be a third one. The communication training of the staff (mostly summer staff) is spotty at best. - Context: there were only about 40 guest in the hotel so the restaurant wished to use the tables only close to the kitchen entrance. At the first breakfast, the staff gently told us that they would like us to stay at a certain area for breakfast. That area is dark and unappealing. I told them that I understand what they would like, but I do not want to use the crowed tables in the dark, but I would like to sit next to the windows, with light and where I can look at the garden. So we did. The next morning we noticed they placed chairs in the way to further discourage people from wanting to sit there. I asked the waiter about this and questioned why they are doing this. After some back and forth of "IDKs, I was told you can't sit there" a manager looking (for sure full time staff) lady arrived who said if the guest wants to sit there, they can. So we did. Needles to say, it was very awkward for us from this point on which is probably not how you want your quests to feel. It is important to note that later a full time staff came to our table and apologized for the incident. We appreciated that. - Second: the first night we decided to order room service. There is an inviting menu in the room and room service is available until 9:30PM. We called at 8:45PM. I said I would like to order room service and the person in the phone immediately said, they have to ask the kitchen. That is weird, I thought. What do you mean? After holding the phone they came back and told us that the "kitchen said" they can only do pizzas. I do not understand this. If there is such thing like room service offered, why do they make it depending from "how the kitchen feels at that moment". Of course the kitchen will not feel like they want to have an extra order.

The cocktails available at the pools is very nice. Special mention to the full time barista lady at the outside pool. The newly built sauna area is pleasent. Room service until 9:30PM. Good selection of pools. Warm, cold, jakuzzi, etc.

Excellent service, delicious food, spacious rooms and a very relaxing wellness area. We loved the baby play rooms (there was even on next to the cave pool which is amazing).

There was quite small selection for lunch and dinner at the buffet. In the restaurant there was too little staff for too many guests. The presonal do not speak english very well.

Accomodation and equipment is good. Wellness and spa area are large. In the evening there was a lovely music programm.

The jacuzzi up by outside pool was dirty. The adult pool (mosaic) outside also had algae on the side and needed a good cleaning.

We love Mjus! The restaurant has incredible food. Staff is kind and attentive. Pools are great!

No cupboard and shelves only clothes rack

10ms ping, 100Mbps/100Mbps WiFi speed ...I've never ever seen before like this. This speed and quality is more than excellent. Pools are excellent too Pretty spacious room Great place for conferences Brand new Technogym gym equipment. Great wine bar.
