We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThere is nothing really that we didn't like. If anything can be mentioned is maybe slight improvements like making some drinks part of the deal for dinner (plenty to select from for breakfast, but for dinner, they add extra charges to your bill - this could lead to mistakes like they forget to add some charges to your room), or an extra masseuse to avoid a situation where they have to cancel services for a week due to the only masseuse having an accident. If we had those massages we booked, we would rate the place excellent and this "didn't like" section would be empty.
The location was perfect if you want to relax and get away from the world. The room and the bed were clean, comfortable and big enough. The breakfast and dinner were good with plenty to select from. The spa section was nice and in September it was not crowded. The staff were excellent as they were very helpful and kind. It is really a good place to relax and let go of your worries.

NetherlandsThis place has surely seen better days. It might have been a 4 star hotel when it opened, but as it is now it would be fair to give it 3 stars. It is overall neglected, the rooms weren't clean, some of the facilities could really use a revamp. For example, it was not possible to close our bedrooms door, the wallpaper was coming off, the carpet had stains, etc. The staff did not speak English, and in the restaurant the food description was only displayed in the local language. Thankfully, I speak Hungarian, but my wife does not. The most shocking part was that the food in the buffet restaurant was cold!
The view from the hotel was really nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the reception staff was helpful and polite.

GermanyVery outdated, not four star quality, missing lots of extras from the rooms (like coffee machine), food was only okay (but service was great), wellness was small and outdated. All in all we wouldn’t say it’s worth that price.
The rooms were very spacious & clean, bed was comfy, staff was very friendly and helpful, had a very nice view from the balcony, and the location is great for hiking.

Qatarroom was a bit outdated, maintanance is required in the bathroom. temperature and humidity control is needed (it was too hot and dry during winter) staff was average.
location was very good , buffet breakfast and dinner had good variety. view from the room was breathtaking, recreation room is a nice idea. spa seemed quite good, however no personal experience on that.

OmanThe hotel is grossly overpriced, definitely not value for money. Also, we were billed extra for a pitcher of tap water at dinner, saying that is was "filtered water". When pointing this out to the front desk, they did nothing about it, in fact we had the impression that this is a common scam run by the staff.
Superb location, basically in the forest, with fantastic views of the hills and the sunset. Good wellnes facilities, but a little crowded. Breakfast was a feast.
