Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable, particularly the pullout sofa in the 3-person room. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the walls were quite thin, allowing us to hear our neighbors' conversations through the closed doors and windows. This also contributed to a lack of sleep. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The food was great, with a wide variety of options available for breakfast that catered to all tastes. My son particularly enjoyed the pool facilities, spending a great deal of time there and thoroughly enjoying himself.

We went out of season, hotel had very few guests so dinners were basic. But I think they should still put a bit more efford into meals being healthier

Hotel is short walk away from lake. Pool and additional activities (play room) were great, really good hotel for families with kids

Friendly staff, hotel right by the Lake, short walk into the centre of Siofok. Very good facilities for a three star hotel. Including air con, TV and mini bar in the room. Nice small indoor pool.

Either my A/C didn’t work, or I couldn’t figure it out.

The staff was excellent, and the hotel was located across the street from one of Balaton’s south shore beaches. I loved the Communist vibe of the beach. I found it amusing.

The view could be better ;) Our room was directly facing a roof. The breakfast was very basic, some fruit would have been nice, but still, I can't complain for the price we've paid!

The indoor pool and sauna - We've basically had it for ourselves. The location is nice - outside of the town, but right at the shore of the lake.

The spa pools stayed lukewarm and didn't heat up.

The gate to access the beach was locked for some reason, a three-minute walk to public access. There is no elevator, ask for a 1st-floor room if you have a lot of luggage, keep in mind 1st floor is actually the second floor in the EU. My room had no curtain on the bathroom window and the shower had a severe leak.

The breakfast was nutritious, with many healthy options. The location is just across from the water. Great shopping is a short ride away, a bit far to walk. Train station is also nearby. Staff are really kind and helpful.

All in all it was good expereance.

In september was wery peaceful. The food was ok, but breakfast was a bit boaring. We were hoping to trie little more domestic food. The spa is ok. Some of the staff has problems with English laguage, but we understod each others somehow.

I would have preferred if I could have booked this room without breakfast since I never eat any. In addition I found it disappointing that I had to pay if I wanted my towels exchanged and my room cleaned. Would have loved it more if it would be already included in the price. What disturbed me the most was the fact that my bathroom had no curtain at the window, so once I stepped out of the shower everyone could look up at me since the bathroom was too small to hide at a good spot. I found that to be a bit of a nuisance.

I loved that the beach was at my doorstep and that they had a pool inside of the hotel so that I could always also enjoy some time alone. The room was just as shown in the picture.

Breakfast a bit poor

Hotel located at the first line, the beach is near. Rooms are bit worn but it’s ok. The balcony is an advantage, you can relax sitting outside. Unfortunately there are too high trees in front of hotel, so you can not enjoy the Balaton panorama.
