As someone who is allergic to dust, I had problems when being in apartment (when waking and trying to fall asleep). Most of the day we weren't at the apartment. We thought the room is bigger but it has narrow wall as it is on the last floor so the full capacity of room cannot be used. There is no furniture like wardrobes and those, so longer stays are not recommendable as you cannot put clothes anywhere except in your luggage. The shower seemed like it wasn't cleaned after the previous clients. One of the windows wasn't working properly (the right one), couldn't be opened. The door of the apartment can be closed but in the upper part, the door stays opened.

The location is good and near stores, city center, restaurants, bus stations... Staff is very kind and always at your disposal, ready to help you at any time. They are exceptional. Also, their English is on high level, so there is no problem when communicating. Bed was comfortable. Good value for price.

Unfortunately, people who smoke do not have a closed area where smoking is allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the entire facility.

The staff is friendly, fluent in English. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant. The restaurant in the accommodation is pleasant. The parking lot is safe and the accommodation takes great care of the safety of guests and property

The AC was really old and needed some maintenance, but it managed to cool the room. There were some sloppy fixes in the room which lowered the shine of the place. Would have been nice to have a bit later checkout.

Good location to arrive by car, easy access to the city, towntown is in walking distance. It served us well to have a city trip. We found parking close to the hotel.

Free parking means parking on the roadside. The staff barely speak English. It took them 1 hour to prepare breakfast, although they knew we were going to have breakfast. One of the rooms was tiny, the bathroom was OK, another room was very big, but the bathroom was tiny. The area is nosy because of traffic.

Bathroom. Ridiculous small vanity in an impossible corner behind the toilet, where you could not stand straight and the very small mirror was at belly button height.

The wifi connection in the room was very poor. The room did not have a working desk and chair. For these two reasons, we had to go to a cafe at the city center for my husband's online meetings, and office works.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The location was great, the local transports were easily accessible. The staffs were friendly. Compared with the price, it was worth it completely. The Thai restaurant on the ground floor served tasty food, we had our first lunch there.

Even we filled out the check-in form online, we had to fill it once again manually at the entrance. There is no hair dryer at the room. This shouldn't be a luxury. Some furnitures are really old in the room.

the restaurant service was sadly very slow the bathroom wasn’t comfortable or modern/ised at all, some parts of the shower were rusty, the sink the smallest we had ever seen. We got the King Suite the beds were ok for one night but perhaps not for much longer

we arrived late with exhausted toddlers, thankfully there was a thai restaurant at the place.

They say they can offer parking place at location, actually you can park anywhere in the street, but there are no parking places. You just leave your car where you can, trying not to bother the locals and hoping police does not take it. We parked in front of a cemetery. The room was cleaned maybe a long time ago, we had hair in the sink, and floor was not vaccumed. Walls in the bathroom were like after renovation, white and dusty. Shower would make a pond arround it.

We stayed for one night as we just transited the area. It was fine but I would not return. Bed sheet was clean, pretty confortable.

Palazzo Hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the historical city center of Szeged. The room offers a comfortable bed, TV and shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are free parking spots just next to Palazzo, so ideal for people who visit Szeged by car.

All hotels in the city were sold out so my only option was a "King Deluxe" room on 2nd floor. Well for a one night sleepover it was okay, more than spacious enough for a single traveller. But if you are staying for several nights, there's no cupboard where you could store your clothes. Also, the toilet has a super low ceiling, particularly where the sink is.

Liked everything so nothing we didn't like :)

We were driving from Novi Sad Serbia and were very late passing the borders, having no internet at all, but thankfully the receptionist did foresee that and left our keys in a coded box, thus saving us since we arrived around 1am!! Had to mention that since in any other way we would have not been able to enter the room at such a late hour. Now about the room, big nice bed with very comfortable mattress and Hungarian decoration in the curtains and walls. Taking the price into consideration it is a 10 out of 10 for me and totally recommend it for travellers visiting Hungary.

It is a little bit noisy during the mornings because of the crossroads just outside the building. I was able to sleep well, but if you have sleeping problems, you could possibly take this fact into consideration. Also, there is no wardrobe in the rooms, but a hanger, which is not enough.

Nice place with friendly staff, ready to assist and to provide information about everything you want. Rooms are clean, furniture is new and well maintained. The building itself is charming - there are terraces on guests' disposal, there are wide court in front of the hotel, equipped with tables and chairs. And, there is a restaurant with exotic cuisine at the ground floor. The food they cook is delicious and I recommend it as well.

No bedside lamp, very small room, unpleasant smell. The pictures did not match the reality. Noisy street, the trolley stops in front of the building. I don't think I will ever return.
