While there is plenty of food available several times a day, I have my doubts about the quality of the food. Not that it was bad or anything, it's likely that they are using cheap ingredients. It's a little bit noisy since there are a lot of families and people who enjoy all-inclusive stays.

While the thermal spa has potential, it's in dire need of renovation. Unfortunately, several staircases were closed during our visit for maintenance, limiting access to upper levels and causing overcrowding, especially on the hanging net passage, where safety concerns were evident. Floors are excessively slippery, necessitating the use of slippers at all times. Additionally, the early closure of the thermal center at 7 PM, especially during the week, felt rushed, also because of the lack of evening entertainment - no mini disco or something that you would expect for a hotel like this. While the spa has potential, significant improvements are needed to enhance the guest experience.

The suite was really nice, but we found the lack of storage space in the bedroom- the room only had a bed and nothing else, which made it challenging for a family of four. With two children sleeping on the couch in the 'living room,' there wasn't enough space for everyone's clothes. On a positive note, the food was amazing, although the children were disappointed that pancakes weren't available for breakfast. :)

The bedroom is big but there's no any furniture, an extra closet would be great, with kids we have a lot of stuff and the wardrobe at entrance is not enough to store things for 4 people.

We had a room close to the elevator and it was a bit noisy during the morning and evening.

The food was excellent, always fresh and lots of choices, also prepared for food allergies. The room was spacious, staff very friendly.

Everything in spa is not working during the week. Spa world is open only from friday to sunday. It is also not included in the price, but we would have paid it, if it was open.

The hotel is very welcoming, the food is good and the spa is amazing. The spa is connected to the hotel, so there is no need to go outside of the hotel. The hotel provides the towels and bathrobe. The room is very clean, there are basic toileteries. The price-performance is exceptional. This was our second stay in this year ☺️

Loud music until 11pm, which can be heard in rooms upstairs as well. Uncomfortable, very unprofessional massage experience, Indian guy tried touching women at intimate places. At least the hotel reception was very helpful and responsive in finding a solution. Cannot recommend massage though…

You should pay for the hotel parking -not sure why. There are free parking outside but with some limitations and unclear explanations. The variety of food could be a bit better for such level of hotel.

The big plus is the fast access direct corridor from the hotel to thermal park. Modern room with new A/C (was important in the hot days).

My kid badly cut his leg in the breakfast table (due to a lose screw in the table) and the staff, although very kind, was only able to offer iodine and a bandaid. We later privately had to see a doctor and get it patched up. This is something the place should have provided. The water drainage in the room was terrible.

Not enough tables in the restaurant. We traveled as a family of 6 and it was nearly impossible to find tables to sit together during breakfast and dinner. Shower drains very slowly, tray filled up very quick and was standing in a pool of water. Drinks are overpriced compared to other similar places.
