The room was very warm and i couldn't change the temperature, so it was a bit uncomfortable during the night. the staff barely speaks English, they immediately turn to German, which was not so good either. i had forgotten my charger so i asked for one, which was provided but barely working - i couldn't ever charge fully my phone. there was a very strange city tax in the end - i never heard this until now. i had to pay a tax for visiting the city. the alcohol from the all inclusive was available only until 9:30 - would have been nice to have it until later. they were exchanging the towels daily, but it would have been nice to have a new rope ones and a while since they get wet and need days to dry. We end up not using the ones for the kids as they were wet all the time and couldn't get dry overnight. The food was the same every day - same breakfast, same lunch, same snacks , same dinner. Would have been nice to have different stuff every day. almost nothing for Vegan , there is enough to eat if you are vegetarian, but most things were meat based. What i didn't like is i asked if the deserts have alcohol inside as i was with small kids, the waiters were not sure, went around to ask each other and told me a bit uncertain there isn't any alcohol. Of course the first desert i picked up had alcohol inside. i end up trying every desert before i offered it to my kids and it was not just 1 with alcohol inside. This should be marked on the paper with the name of the food. The swimming pools get really crowded , especially in the afternoon, but this is to be expected as the spa is shared between several hotels. i didn't like that in the spa , there was air-conditioning in the room with toys, inside was so cold, that one of my kids started coughing after 1 h. From then on i dressed them with quite some clothes inside the room to make sure they don't get cold.

The room was big enough, clean and cosy, there was an extra bed by my request which was also quite comfortable. the spa is amazing - baby pool, children's pool, big swimming pool, swimming lessons for kids, pool with door to go outside, a pool with small waves , a room with toys for small kids and the water was warm. there was a closed corridor connecting the hotel and the spa, the hotel provides towels and bathrobes for adults and kids. As a 190 tall person the bathrobe was a bit small, but usable. there was a small playroom in the hotel and a bigger one in the spa. in the late afternoons and evenings there were animators, that provided amusements for kids such as - drawing, face painting, craft stuff, hand made tattoos, musing and others. The kids were fully occupied for 5 days - my kids are almost 3 and 4.5 years old. Except for 1 hour between the afternoon snack and dinner there is constantly something available to eat. Drinks such as water, juice, coffee are available 24/7 via machines. The room was cleaned every day and they even folded our pyjamas. Overall the food was very delicious and except that it was the same every day , there were enough things to choose from - also quite good for kids! Over all i would definitely go again and i fully recommend for families with kids!

Spa is huge and clean but for such price is kinda ridiculous that we have to pay extra for the sauna.

Room was clean and everything looks new. Tables and chairs in public areas are quite dirty as there're always people eating and drinking but no one's cleaning. Food is very good , different choices of all meals.

The breakfast is the same every day. Most of the things are just poured out of the jar, half fabricates. Part of the bakery was the frozen type, you can buy in Lidl. Definetly not on the level for 4 *hotel.

The hotel is well connected to the spa and water park. They answered all our questions in advance. Staff very helpful and friendly. Considering the larger number of rooms and clients, very good level of food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and drinks on offer. We appreciate that the entrance fee to the spa and water park is already included and we do not have to deal with anything on site.

The quality of the food could be higher. I have gluten free diet and there was for example no gluten free sweets in five days. The waste pipes at the toilet were smelly.

I like the full service of the hotel: the price included five meals per day and the bath entrance.

The main courses all tasted somehow the same. Maybe some less dishes but with more varied taste. Not always the chicken breast from the steamer with starchy sauces. Parking costs extra. The staff in the dinning restaurant is mainly interested to get your plates. No one ever asked for drinks, if ordered the staff was quite rude.

Breakfast was good and plenty. In general there was food all the time. Hotel is directly linked to the spa. Soups were quite good. In general the food was ok. Our room was clean. For us a non all-inclusive option would be better, because the food was just too much, and I rather buy two drinks and get a better service than having argues with the staff in the restaurant to get an all-inclusive beer/wine.

The personnel in the resraurant is "trying too hard" taking every piece of dishes instanty from your table, multiple times when you are literally still eating is quite unpleasant...

Great place, the fact its really interconnected with the spa is just amazing. The all inclusive dont include all alcohol, just bier (dont drink) and wine. I would not mind to pay a bit more and have also at least coctails (for example with limit per person). Overall hotel is ok, its visible its not new anymore and some small fixes in the rooms would be nice. But nothing serious. Very good noise cancelation in the rooms. Plus is the kids corner as well as possibility to have pets staying with you in the hotel.

Very nice place, in calm part of the town. Good high-way road to Hungary, from Czech Republic through Slovakia. Very pleasure people in servises there and a tasty food through all the days=) the "All inclusived" is the best! In the last day we hurried back to CR, lieved the hotel in the early morning, Employees were so pleasure and gave to us travelling bags with breakfasts. Very tasty morning for our family! 😋

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better, specifically the carpets. The cleaning of the rooms could be much better, when some days it was simply omitted. Parking paid extra.

Very good food from breakfast to dinner but after few days you consider that it is still same taste, same structure, same everything. Only fries snacks with some small bakery. I appreciate a lot of fruits served within the day. Generally, food fully coresponds with the hotel concept. It is a factory on hapiness for the ordinary people.
