The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but still we had a good sleep. The bathroom could use a few more hangers also. Soundproofing isn't the best, at least in our room one could hear snoring from other room, but maybe it was just a very loud snorer :) Also it would be nice to have a few international tv stations available for the non hungarian guests.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance from the main attractions and parking on the spot. It has a nice interior with a little spa for that extra 1 hour of relaxation. It has a good breakfast with a lot of options to choose from, though little change. Nice room as in the pictures, in theme with the surroundings. Friendly staff, who quickly responded to our requests. They even provided bathrobes on request, though they were not mentioned in the facilities.

Seems like there were some renovations going on on the second floor, but other then that everything was OK. Also please note that the wellness is limited to 1 hour / stay. But at least it's not crowded.

The room/apartment was really spacious, a lot larger than we expected. It had two toilets as well, which was really great for a family. The breakfast was beyond our expectations too. Can only recommend.

Missing soap in bathroom. Liquid baby soap is not OK.

All in all, everything all right. Around Nyíregyháza-Sosto, most accommodation is ironically overpriced.

The room for the breakfast is very small and there were not enough tables for the whole guests. The breakfast starts just at 8 o’clock and is crowded, so you need to wait until somebody else is finishing to eat, to have a free table or chair.

One bed was making sounds when turning while sleeping. Wifi signal was quite weak and one of the friends found some black hair in the bathroom and shower (the friend is blond so it could not be her hair). Except this the room were clean. In the mine room I haven't found any issues regarding the cleaness of the room.

The location is great. The rooms were quite good if we take in the consideration really good price.

Top location, near to zoo and aquarius aquapark. Very good facilities for children, good breakfast, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely come back!

There was a cleaning lady who told the receptionist to tell us that our children were disturbing the conditions in which the children were playing in the specially arranged space. I think that the lady was overzealous and should be warned in the conditions that she collects her salary from clients with children!!! (One of us knew hungarian language) .

Quite old building and design. But clean and calm. Room service forgot to supplement shower gel the second day, so you might run out of shower gel if you forgot to bring yours.

The staff does not speak English at all. The breakfast is very poor, with only a few choices, and really cheap food, so not great value for money. The fridge was not working and the heating made a lot of noise in our room, not in all the rooms.

The hotel location is great, the room is big enough and comfortable. The jacuzzi and sauna are great. The staff is friendly. Even if the furniture is a little bit old, the rooms are cozy.

Could be a bit cleaner (the bathroom to be taken more care of) and it's a bit noisy, especially if you have the room right next to the reception, there's always kids running around, screaming (would be better to separate the family friendly area from the non-kids area, to avoid discomfort).

Very kind and helpful staff. Great beakfast with a lot of options to choose from. They even offered to store my luggage in their reception after check-out. Nice view towards the little forest and spacious balcony with table and chairs. Good value for the price. My family was generally happy with the choice too, will come back here next time we visit Nyiregyhaza!

-cleaning could have been better, specially in the bathroom - the restaurant is not functioning (at least wasn’t at the time of our stay) - the forest around the hotel is not so well kept

-the hotel it is situated in a great place: in the middle of a forrest, with birds, and very close, within walking distance to the zoo and Aquarius baths -options for breakfast
