The wifi wasn't working in the room (maybe just a temporary issue).

Easy check-in, very beautiful facilities, everything seems brand new. Lovely atmosphere. Good, central location, easy to reach from the train station.

I have three complaints: a) the entrance door on the upper floor is very difficult to open, the first time it was not possible at all and in the old house I did not want to use violence in order not to destroy the door, b) right next to the switch on the bed there is an alarm that looks like a switch and is not at all marked, which is a very confusing and inappropriate solution, c) the reception was supposed to be open until seven o'clock, but it wasn't, they let the key for me, but some things are always better to solve in person, luckily the owner responded quickly to the messages and all problems and situations were solved immediately

Very beautiful place in the historic center of the city, a wonderful old house beautifully and modernly renovated, everything new, clean, enough space, large toilets, lot of el. sockets, a large kitchen, even the wifi worked, although it is not stated - it is good to ask in advance and -if you need internet- have an alternative option in a restaurant like I had. Add a label on the emergency button, Add a label on the door, and Have someone hand over the accommodation, and it would be completely flawless 10/10

Not a fault of the hostel's, but it would help to put some signs for people to clean after themselves in the kitchen as in my last day there the kitchen was littered with dirty dishes from the night before.

The hostel is brand new and everything is extremely clean. It is just a couple of minutes from the city center. Since Veszprem is not very touristy you can sometimes get the entire hostel to yourself. Moreover, the hostel is located in a beautifuf old building.

There was no on duty in the night, at 4 am an alarm started to sound and at only 7 am we came to the point with the staff that someone accidentally pressed the red button in Bathroom of room 1, and it was not explained below the alarm in the corridor on the 1st floor that you have to check the bathroom of room 1 and press the button that is at the door, I expect next year to have a written information which tells ANYONE what to do in case the alarm starts to siren, it most likely caused some bed reviews on the night of Friday to Saturday 8th to 9 th of September for people in room 1 and 2. Everything else was PERFECT and BETTER than expected. this written information MUST be printed and in the area of the siren, because in that point people will question themselves why this alarm started to siren. Thanks for your understanding and trying to solve the situation. please do not remove the siren, printing an explanation is more value and it should be bilingual :)

The fact that the Bathroom was so big as it is meant to be a Bathroom for handicapped people was amazing. unluckily you could not lock the door at all. The kitchen and fridge for the common area was also great, a place for cooking would improve, could be a cabled induction heater only and a pan and a pot for basic needs.

Sooo tidy and clean, friendly hosts and comfy beds with privacy curtains, it was peaceful and quiet and modern. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Nothing really.

A refurbished old building turned into an elegant and very modern hostel/hotel (next to a former prison that is also being refurbished). Each individual bunk bed has a curtain, an electric socket and reading light with an adjacent safe with key or code to lock. No air conditioning though. The patio is very cozy and quiet, perfect for conversations and enjoying coffee/drinks or breakfast prepared in the café/bar/reception. Excellent laundry facilities. Very nice fully equipped kitchen. If you come by train, bus no 10 from the station stops virtually at the front door. And from the bus station it is 10-15 min walk (uphill from the hotel).

Kitchen could be more comfortable and better equipped. Showers flood the shower room, but it's manageable.

Beautiful kitchen but no stove so you can’t really cook anything. No wifi in the rooms yet, and maybe some blinds in the dorm room would be good.

The rooms are amazing, so much space, luggage storage and privacy curtains.

It was such an amazing experience, thank you! The hotel is newly renovated, the staff is super nice and the building looks incredible. It was nice to cool down in this summer heat (the thick walls secure a nice temperature even without a/c). The building is historical and has a great courtyard!

The mattress was too thin and I didn't really like the textile of the sheets, espacially with the hot weather. The bathroom floor was often wet after showers.

-The room and bathroom were spacious and I loved the modern architecture. -There are private lockers in the room. -The beds have curtains for privacy, and there is a wooden board as a nightstand, with an individual lamp. -Outside the room, there is a kitchenette with a big fridge. -The staff was kind and helpful. -The cute coffee and terrasse is a big + -The building is perfectly located in the center of Veszprem. I highly recommend it for the price !

The bathroom showers were open (felt like in a prison) and the water would spread all over the area, so everyone had to mop after. We also had a hard time going back into the bedroom at night (when the reception was already closed), we would touch the key card but the door wouldn't open, it seemed locked/stuck. Only after many attempts, we were able to go in by pushing very hard the door.

Beautiful conserved/renovated building, beds with curtains, individual light and outlet, clean bedroom.

I didn’t like the wifi connection didn’t reach my room, I had get out of the room many times to reply messages, on the other hand, even though the lockers are cleaned and beautiful, they don’t know how to set a code to take care of your belongings, they should solve these important things.

The building is beautiful, the rooms are tidy and clean, actually everything is new, the patio is quiet and relaxing.
