Everything was just great!

The hotel is located near the shopping center and bus station. Close to the city center. Private and free underground parking. Very welcoming staff. Delicious food in the restaurant. We really liked breakfast and its variety! The room was big and clean. Very comfortable and quiet place. I just fell in love with its design and convenience).

To use the TV it is required to have a User manual. It is impossible to have a TV program. Very complicated menu to search and find where you can look at TV in the menu.

It can be that your neighbors are noisy, but the soundproof is a question for many places in Hungary.

The room is more spacious than I have expected. The location is perfect, next to the Miskolc Plaza and city center. There is a gas station nearby where you can find a small shop for daily products. Also there is a local market within 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was tasty with good choice. The staff was helpful and attentive.

Street is too busy. I could not sleep when trafic has started. Choose rather view to the garden. Not to the main street.

Some of the staff were not up to the standard. More specifically, we had issues with our dinner. The first night we decided to have dinner at the hotel and while we got what we ordered our friends had their meals not delivered because the orders were somehow confused as the same (we ordered similar meals) and neither the chef nor the stuff that was communicating the order seem overly worried about a family with children staying hungry... The overall reaction was surprising because other stuff members are really helpful and caring. So I was hesitant in grading stuff since some of them are for the highest grade, but others are barely passing the bar.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Traveled with children and we all enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally quiet as if there were no other guests in the hotel.

The parking scheme: the hotel offers private parking, but with "first come first served", which is not so great if you travel from abroad, or you want to visit something around Miskolc, just to realize in the evening that you are locked out of the garage. I get the idea, but felt that the pay-and-have scheme would've been a bit more transparent. You can park in the garage of the mall next to the hotel, worst case scenario, which can save a night... Another problem was with the internet (wifi) being marked as insecure, so work was not possible (well at least not advised), had to use mobile internet. For video streaming / leisure activities it was fine tho.

It was nice, the room was comfy, and the staff was helpful. It is quite close to the city center so managed to reach everything by foot. Got what we expected, thanks!

One room had 1 pair of slippers and another room had none at all. Small incontinence, but it was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a lot of Christmas decorations, it was very festive. The rooms we stayed in were pretty big and modern. Soft beds, huge TV, about 8 different tea options, big shower, big glass windows. We had access to website that allowed us to control our room (turn on/off lights, control air conditioner) and also to open different doors remotely - door from garage, main entrance and room door. Very modern and convenient. Breakfast was tasty. Stuff was friendly.

The only disappointment was a shower. Floor isn't leveled properly and all the bathroom was flooded with water, after a shower session.

Amazing hotel. Masterpiece in a middle of nowhere. Usually you can expect such level of hotel only in a much bigger cities. Interior, materials, design, comfort, service - all top notch. Amazing breakfast with high grade food and huge list to choose from. Also private underground parking (free) is a huge bonus to travelers by car.

First night I had a corner room and it was a little drafty.

Premier Hotel Miskolc is located in the centre, with comfortable underground parking. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, nothing was missing

The room was spacious with comfortable beds, the bathroom was fresh and clean and the breakfast was really nice. The location of the hotel was also acceptable, though the view of the room was not the best (it was a room at the end of the corridor, overlooking a passage between two buildings) The bar staff was friendly and helpful. Really liked the local beer :) It was also great that the hotel offered free indoor parking.

It was difficult to locate the car garage to park.

Breakfast was ample and room was comfortable, the staff was amazing. Unfortunately, I required medical services and had no clue what to do. One staff member even thou she was finished with her shift, dispatched an ambulance and made sure I was taken care of. I am grateful to the young lady who assisted us.
