Ceiling lighting in the room was very intense, it hurt our eyes. Crossing the main road to the restaurant should be solved with a pedestrian crossing.

Good location (thermal bath is 5min walking, National Blue Trail "Kéktúra" is running nearby). Breakfast is served at the operator hotels restaurant (across the road), it was wealthy and offered a large selection of hot and cold meals. Room is quite modern.

I know this is only budget room for 2 persons, but there is no wall hanger for coats ( specially missing in winter season), there was only 1 armchair and NO small table. Sorry this could be a standard furniture in the room.

Everything, absolutely everything: starting with comfortable late check-in, free parking, new nice territory around and finishing modern stylish room, lovely interior et cetera. We stayed in the backyard building in a very silent corner on the second floor with a wonderful balcony, the view out of the window was great as well, we were not bothered at all. Inside the room all was perfect, shower was especial good, functioned super in any time of the day. The lamps, TV, AC worked properly either. Such a cosy place for couples, families, friends and so on. The personnel spoke English, was very polite and helpful. In the main building there was a fascinating restaurant with delicious food, interesting decoration and an atmosphere were particularly terrific. The district, where the hotel is situated, is in the center, full of coffee shops. bistros, stores, very close the the bathes, the streets look like mini botanic gardens, extremely beautiful architecture. We enjoyed there very much, sweet memories now. We will definitely come back, hopefully with more guests.

R31 Residence is part of the tourist complex of buildings belonging to the Onyx Luxury Hotel. After collecting the keys, it is necessary to transfer the car to the parking lot of the building where the apartment is located. On that occasion, it is necessary to be very careful because traffic regulation and visibility are extremely bad (parked cars on the sidewalk, the city's busiest street). This also applies to pedestrians because there is no marked crosswalk when, for example, you go to and from breakfast. The nearest pedestrian crossings are left and right approx. 100 m. During registration, we were not given clear instructions in which building our apartment is located, and the signs of buildings and apartments are insufficiently highlighted. All photos of the rooms on Booking are with a view of the garden or courtyard, as it is emphasized in the description. We expected such a room. They assigned us a room on the ground floor with a balcony right next to the road! We were looking for another unit and we agreed to a unit in the attic without a balcony, but also facing the road because it was the only option without extra charge. It is interesting that they offered us a unit with a kitchen and a view of the garden for an additional fee, and for the unit without a balcony in the attic they did not offer a refund even though we paid for a more expensive unit with a balcony. There was no shower gel in the room and the hand soap was used up. The insulation is extremely bad and you can hear the passing of every car on the road. There is no coat hanger in the room at the entrance. The refrigerator is noisy. The floor is cold. The pillow is too thick. A kettle and at least tea are missing. For breakfast, you have to go to another building across a busy road without a marked crosswalk. The price of an overnight stay with breakfast was 96 euros. Definitely overpaid!
