The only issue we had was with the women working at the bar, I'm not sure if it was because we were with kids, my husband and I wanted to have a cocktail prior to heading out for dinner and we stood at the bar, she didn't acknowledge us and even turned to serve another group as they approached the bar. When I said "excuse me, we were hear first and we have been waiting to order", her response was "sorry I didn't see you" --which is highly unlikely when you have 2 kids with you. We asked to order a drink and she said it would take 30 min --clearly she did not want us there.

I mean it's the Ritz, so you can only expect fabulous. The room was incredibly spacious. We traveled with our 4 yo and 8 yo, they were kind enough to set up a cot us as well to allow everyone to have a fabulous night rest. The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging taxi's to and from the Grand Prix, lovely to the kids, providing them stuffies and a folder with stickers and colouring sheets. The breakfast was over the top, a beautiful spread and incredibly delicious. Overall the front desk staff and waitstaff were very kind and accommodating to us. The space is gorgeous.

The hotel does not have a proper bar - what used to be the bar is now a ‘patisserie / cake shop’ type establishment although it is claimed That this is the bar. The restaurant also has a better stocked (variety) bar. But very disappointing that there is no proper bar.

all of them from you stand in-front of hotel until teach your room, all have been excellent hostess, the duty manager made especial care of us , was very short checkin , the explained all facilities of the hotel, made us feel like we are at our real house, my family very pleased stying with them , we extended our stay, many thanks for Mr. Raheem he made our stay excellent. mr Yahya was great help for us after meeting him at the intercontinental while we having our launch there, over all many thanks from our hart to all of them, was my first time in Budapest for will be mu no 1 hotel for ever,

Only negative I can think of, the spa locker rooms were on the small side, only enough room for 2 people max to change, however the spa was not busy when we visited so this wasn’t an issue.

An unusual hotel. Starting with the service of the service providers, the room, twice a day cleaning, thought of every detail. A team that tries to think about the good of the customers.
