The room was clean when we arrived, but during our stay the room was poorly managed by the maid (forgot their room card in our room, left the balcony door wide open, did not empty the ashtray on the balcony, did not supplement the bathroom with toilet paper even when it was running low).

Beautiful view (we had a room facing the lake) in a cosy room, for dinner every day different food, excellent and tasty food, friendly staff, fun room with games (billiard, table hockey, football,..), spa facilities with healing water, different events at the hotel, we rented e-bikes and biked around the lake.

We booked a couple massage,and the staff were talking ang laughing in their language that we don’t understand while giving us the full massage experienced and there we were not comfortable.

Entertainment and gaming facilities in the lobby can be increased.

I normally do not get hotels on half board basis. However this hotel changed a bit my perception. Both Breakfast and Dinner were very nice. Food was tasteful especially the soups.

The spa was good, as a spa, with half a dozen similar pools. We would have like a variety of temperatures and would have like a full size swimming pool

It was very good, with a standard buffet with a large selection. Buffet was taken in the hotel dinning room, a large, airy room with glass walls looking out over the lake. A pleasure.

The loud band at the foyer at dinner time. (One evening out of my two, my preference in a spa hotel is little noise.) No drinks included in the evening buffet. When I asked for water, I was served an open bottle of mineral still, which tasted like tap water.

New, neat and aesthetically appealing. Wonderful lake panorama, absolutely peaceful. Zero noise from air conditioning, very quiet rooms. Plenty of cosy furniture in the spa. All the employees very polite and fast, even if not all speaking foreign languages. Very good skin treatment with a nice professional. Possibility to pay in EUR in cash.

We rented e-bikes for a day. They were overpriced (€30 per bike) and the batteries were not charged. We couldn't use the e-bike function.

The staff at the morning service wasn't very friendly and helpful. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I needed a lighter for some candles - but nobody had one and they weren't trying a lot to help me rather they were kinda annoyed. But that was the only negative thing.

It was a very beautiful, modern hotel which is directly located at the Balaton lake. The spa und welness facilities were very clean. The food was tasty! We loved the fun room where you could play billiards, darts and table football for free!

During the dinner no free drinks. It’s the first time I can see it. At least machine with free water/tea/coffee should be. And it’s 4* hotel, unbelievable. I visited 40+ countries and different hotels, but all of them had free water/tea at least

The spa was absolutely brilliant, along with the dinner and breakfast buffet options. Our room was a nice size with a balcony overlooking the lake. Very clean and modern. Very enjoyable stay.

Too many mosquito and the kids playground is full of spider web which is impossible to play. Also they charge 15% service charge at all bars which we think is not making any sense

Baths and saunas are super new and clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner have different food everyday so you won't get bored.

Pillows were quite bad, gave us headaches. Also, the outside area had tons of mosquitoes wandering around. Service could be faster.

Food was excellent, very friendly staff, great spa area, nicely situated near the lake. We had a room with lake view, quiet and peaceful location.
