It was a bit too warm in the room, no slippers, the spa was a bit too small but there were not so many people at the hotel so it wasnt a problem. Except for that everything else was perfect!

We loved the food, the location, the cleanliness and state of the hotel! We will come back with kids in summer!

The beds feel a bit ‘thin’ and dated. Then bathroom was dated and very cramped. I found the room quite warm but this I have found that is fairly common in older Hungarian hotels and the weather was unseasonably warm.

Good location, the view from the jacuzzi on the top floor is great. Electronic game table in the lobby is cool.

Very poor bar service.we ordered bottle od wine, our requirements were fresh And dry.we got bottle od sedmi Sweet wine which was obviously gone And tasted like Apple vinegar. When we took it back to the bar and wanted to return it, thé waiter poured a glass for himself,tasted it and told us that this Is how thé wine Is supposed to taste. When I told him we wanted dry And we got sweet, the waiter said that can not take it back. We left the wine there and left the bar. This made our experience very sour And we never went back to the bar.

Great location, excellent reception staff (Martina ? I think). Very good selection at breakfast and dinner.

Elevators are very outdated

Breakfast was noisy, trafic noise in the rooms. The connection with the hotel and client didn't work at all via booking.

They only serve dinner till 9PM and our arrival time was past this time. However, the staff facilitated to serve a very generous amount of food in our room. The cleanness of the room could be just a bit better, but overall it was nice.

The interior of the hotel is very nice, well equipped, there is also an indoor children's play area near the restaurant. The staff was really nice. For breakfast, they had a nice variety of food.

The bath in the room was not the best, quite old. The pillows are very uncomfortable.

Best: jacuzzi very nice, room very clean, international breakfast complete and well connected to the city center.

Not much. For us the blinking smoke detectors were annoying like unfortunately in so many other hotels as well... Beds could maybe be a bit more comfortable

Nice hotel, friendly stuff, Breakfast and dinner with good variety. We especially liked the very nicely designed children's playroom :) Location is also very good, easy to reach from the mainroad with parking possibilities, but no real noise to be heard in the room. New and nice SPA area on the top floor with sauna and jacuzzi.

Beautiful location on top of the hill with a great view over Sopron. Nice staff. We had breakfast and dinner included, was really good! Nice spa and wellness area. The view from the jacuzzi is a dream!

coffee masine in our room (Nespresso), but only 2 capsules for 2 days for 2 people. 4 pieces is more better - for 1 day and 1 person 1 piece of coffee. web had also dinners in price - we could choose what we want, but no drink (water) was in price. We must to pay extra for water.

Outdated room design, continuous dog barking during breakfast and dinner time, extremely uncomfortable beds.
