I cannot imagine staying there as a couple. You can hear everything and room is tiny. What I didnt like - the door to the flat are always open. Anyone who enters the building can also enter the flat!

Location and price is good. But dont have big expectations. Room is tiny and very very modest. Basically just bed and a tiny table. Staying for two nights and on your own is fine.

It's deceitful to charge taxes after payment was made. It's basically a double tax without being informed. Why does the guest have to pay extra costs if these are the host's responsibility? At the time of payment, all these were apparently included. I certainly don't appreciate the stinginess and lack of clarity. I was oblivious and complied whereas others simply ignored the misleading call.

Great improvement on the bathroom door which now close without noise. The disapearance of the Electronic lock at the entrance, makes it maybe less safe, but it's now possible to sleep without this terrible noise all over the night

The place was an old apartment that has been stylish once upon a time, but now is very crudely divided into four small independent rooms (i.e., with their own keys), all of them rather unclean. The provided descripions for parking availability and accommodation instructions are deceptive (free parking is available only on a single short street, and not "an area", as advertised; on the video for accommodation you can see a different (probably old) layout of the apartment). The front door could not be closed, let alone locked, and there were surveylance cameras inside of the apartment (though not in the rooms themselves).

It's cheap so thought would be good for one night stay, just to sleep before catching a morning flight. But it was really bad I regretted booking it as soon as I arrived, you are not going to get any sleep here. The room is so small and claustrophobic and not to mention paper thin walls. Common bathroom door makes such a loud noise it will keep you up all night. Didn't see any air conditioning or heating!!! It was summer and in a nutshell was a horrible experience. It's best to spend more money than go through this, even if it is for a few hours

I am leaving the review mainly to tell that I was asked to pay "tourist tax" of 1000HUF PER PERSON PER NIGHT, and the host informed me of this AFTER I booked and asked for it to be paid on platforms OUTSIDE of booking.com, and kept reminding me of it via texts all day, would repeat the message in caps "DON'T FORGET TO PAY TOURIST TAX". Being a frequent traveller to Hungary I know that this is bull, and in Hungary you must include all taxes in the original price, so the host was trying to get money out of gullible guests :) of course I contacted booking customer service and informed them, who were not approving of this. I never paid it and magically the host didn't make any complaints for missing payments. For any future guests here, DO NOT pay the tourist tax they claim, they have already charged you it once in the original price. Apart from that, as per other reviews the quality of things is quite low, the door handle of my room came out of place when I tried to open the door, the shower head is broken, the room is tiny but has a double bed leaving no room to move, a single bed would make much more sense. The bed sheets and the towel had stains, but if you wanted to use the washer dryer you have to pay separately to someone's personal revolute account to use them. I included a picture of the towel that was provided for me.

In the room was quite hot, even we had opened window, it was harder to get some air. Ventilation in the bathroom was poor, the door was screeching.

It was close to city centre, very good accessibility to public transport and sightseeings. The apartment was in safe and quiet neighborhood. We had everything what we needed, the accommodation was ok.

The place isn't super clean. The floor in my room was not completely clean and there was a piece of chewing gum on the side of the bed. Not too bad though. The lighting in the room is VERY harsh and bright, a small bed lamp would greatly improve the level of comfort at night. The apartment isn't cleaned every day, at some point we ran out of toilet paper for more than a day.

The location is very good, close to a metro station and close to the university. Lots of restaurant and bars in the area. The other reviews talking about how hard it is to get in with the all the passcodes are quite exaggerated; it's really not that hard and very well explained, there's even a video showing you exactly how to get in. The WiFi is free and very fast, no problems there. There is a fridge in the common room you can use.

They could do a little renovation. The bathroom door closes hard and too loud and the protruding cables from the contacts don't look too safe. Check-in could be available a little earlier without having to pay an extra fee. The street is quite noisy at night (next to the dormitory and hostel) so it is better to bring earplugs with you. Strange was the repeated request for a tourist tax, which is already included in the price.

The location was good. Very close to the center. Lots of cafes nearby. As a place only to sleep and wash up after a full day of sightseeing this place is really okay. I would rate this place 5,5 but it's not possible.

Due to some mistake / technical issue I haven't received the information about how to enter the building. I was stuck near the door for about an hour in the evening. Reply from support was - you have this information in message. But I didn't have. So I was able to enter the building just because I called random neighbour, explained the situation and they let me in. Next day (which is quite late) I received the information how to enter the building with excuses. Regarding the flat itself: quite long no refreshment of the room, but it's acceptable. A bit old shower, but as well it serves to make you clean. Loud bath doors that may interupt your sleep.

Standard is quite ok for its money. Good location close to the river. Good kitchen with everything you need. Washing machine for additional cost if needed. Very good place to eat that is open quite late in comparison to all the others in the neighbourhood - Tolcsibe. I really enjoyed their chicken in waffle :)

The bed lining wasn't fresh and clean by my opinion , and another guest thought the same . The room was a lot smaller and wasn't really clean either , the bathroom door need fixing as it is loud and difficult to close . The bathroom is well outdated need proper refurbishment. Two other guest got stock in their room because of the lock of their room over my 4 days long stay.

The location and the price is good but still not balancing out the accommodation's problems.

First of all, the rooms are extremely tiny - so much that you dont have space to even open your small hand lugagge, and there is almost no space between the bed and the wall. With that being said, this place is good for a short stay if you only plan to sleep there. There is no common dining area so not too much space to eat, isolation is poor so you can hear people walking, speaking and flushing the toilet, and the worse are the toilet doors that need repair asap. Lastly sleeping on 3 matrasses put on top of each other on the floor could be fun for children but no so comfy for grownups, but at least changing the pillows could fix the comfort at least a bit.

The apartment was placed on a very nice central location, close to the public transport and lots of great bars and restaurants. I also liked that there was an elevator.
