LOVE this apartment! This was our second time staying at Sunny home. The hosts are amazing, excellent communication and really pleasant. Apartment is fully equipped even beyond the amenities you would be used to at other places. It is truly ‘home away home’! It is clean, modern great location close to the airport. I am more used to staying at hotels, but can say that the hospitality at Sunny home was beyond the one I experienced anywhere. I will definitely stay again here when I will be flying to Budapest.

If you want to stay in a quiet place,free parking,very close to the airport this is the place.Is a two bedroom apartment with all you need,is like home.Is very clean and cozy equiped with all you need,next to an Aldi shop,gas station,Spar. So if you need to stay one night or more this is the right place :)

As soon as you mele the reservation the hosts start informing you about the facilities. Helga and Andràs are so attentive and also so detail oriented. This shows also in the apartment which is perfect! It is spotless, soo clean! The appliances are all new or really well maintained. 2 bedrooms extremely cosy, 1 living and 1 bathroom. Also a big kitchen. You have all you need and some: umbrellas if rainig, slippers, towels, toiletries, washing machine etc. Found in the fridge basic stuff as milk and butter (unopened) as well as coffee, sugar, tea, a bottle of water and wine ;)! Outside is a parking place of their own! Quite area and green. Aldi supermarket near the block. Takes approximately 1 hour by public transport to reach Budapest city center (21km). The taxi fee eas around 30-40eur one way to center.

This is a really lovely apartment, with every facility you may need for a holiday. It's super clean with lots of household items you may want. The directions and instructions were very clear too. - Location is far from Budapest, you'll need to have your car and will spend at least 20 min driving time to Budapest citycenter. - Water flow in the bathroom is very weak. - Sofa in the living area can't be converted to a bed.

- Apartment is equiped with more than what we needed. - Self check was was super easy. - Host was super generous and provided many groceries such as milk, butter, eggs, honey, spices, sauces, jam, Nespresso capsules, sugar, pasta, flower, tea bags selection, brown toast, cookies, oats, oil, venigar, lemon, fruits and a bottle of wine. - All the detergents, shampoo, shower gel were also available. - Parking slot infront of our building. - All the electronic facilities 2 TVs, bluetooth speaker, Nespresso machine, wireless/USB chargers, A/Cs for heating or cooling. - Board games and books are also available. - Umbrellas, towels. - Aldi supermarket is next to the complex from where all the groceries can be bought.

Water pressure on the shower is not great but if that's my biggest problem, that's tell more than anything I wrote on the + side.

The flat felt like a home not like a maximum return with minimum investment kind of money making business. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you can ask for. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The property has two great bedrooms and a living room sofa which makes it suitable upto 5 adults even. Fuel station and Lidl is literally next door (though you can't hear anything from outside which means the property has good sound isolation).
