The sun entered the room with a lot of strenght, maybe wider courtains will be nice. Also, in the toilets we missed paper bins.

The relation quality-price is the best we could found, the bed and the room in general was so confortable and the location permited us being closed to everything

The room was pretty humid when we arrived, as the windows did not fully open, was a bit difficult to breath for me. The shower needs improvement but also is related to the guests. They should know to be more careful when showering and clean after themselves.

The location is very good, is good value for money. There is one little kitchen area and microwave in the room. It is a good choice if you want to visit the city and not stay much in the room.

The rooms are not very nice as they are shown in the pictures, they look a little old and the rooms do no have a trash can and as well have a poor ventilation.

The location of the place is very good for de moving to the typical or turistic place of Budapest and in the area it is very easy to find cafes, restaurants, transport and supermarkets.

Sadly i was given a long dark room with difficult access to the wordrode and the window was blocked while the advertised rooms seemed more spacious with big windows. Price was cheap but not the best experience. Cleanliness on bathroom could be better

Lots of space in the room, beautiful courtyard staircase. The location isn't in the absolute center but in a lively neighbourhood with many restaurants and bars, easily accessible by airport bus.

walls are not soundproof but we found that using the big fan in the room blocked out the noise. The bed would be more comfy with an extra pillow. The guest room was a little difficult to find as we arrived at night and there was no signs on the building - but it is the big door next to the bar which is shown in one of the pictures

Bedsheets and pillows had been washed but weren't very clean (stains and some hair). The bathroom wasn't very clean. If you are not very picky, it's a good stay anyway.

The location was handy and check in/out easy. The room was provided with microwave, tv and kettle. Free wifi also.

The overall was good, the only thing that I didn't like was the smell of the bedding, I think they can improve the cleanliness in the bed sheets and stuff, I'm actually not sure if they changed it :/. The tv was not smart tv and the remote didn't work (actually was broken lol)

Being very honest they need to invest in a better shower set up. Water pressure is good but no shower head holder so it’s awkward holding the shower head while trying to wash in a small corner set up. This also causes the floor to always be wet so for me invest in a bigger shower tray. A shower door rather than a poorly fitted curtain. This isn’t huge criticism but would definitely enhance the homestay for little investment. With that done I’d have no negative comments.

Firstly the location is fantastic. Everywhere is accessible in no time. On the bus and tram line if walking isn’t your thing but we walked daily and covered everything from a great base. Supermarkets, bars etc etc right on your doorstep. The room was a great size. Had aircon/heater for when necessary. Comfy big bed, wardrobe space and smart tv if you fancied it. Very quiet room considering the location and age of the building. We never personally used the kitchen but it looked a very useable space should you need it. No complaints there. Communication with the owner was efficient and he even let us check in earlier which was appreciated after an 11 hour overnight bus. 5th time in Budapest and will definitely be saving this place for our next visit.

I couldn't sleep at all even though I used my earplugs. The tram line is too close to this building and I could literally feel its noise. And the other component of my disturbed sleeping was the bed. Maybe some people like mattresses that sink in, but I am personally unable to have a good sleep in such a bed. So, my far-fetched dream to have a long and good sleep didn't come true this night.

The location was perfect, it was in walking distance from Kálvin tér, which was important for me both in the evening and in the morning when I continued my journey. The owner showed me the common areas and where I can find things. I had a private room with a little fridge and microwave over, which is really helpful for shorts says as well. And basically everything went smoothly with the check-in and check-out.

The shared bathroom was not at all enjoyable, constantly flooded and with a bad smell. It made us constantly think whether we really needed to take a shower, and ended up only taking one for the entire 3 night stay. Furthermore, the apartment was being renovated and there was a general feel of clutter and chaos outside the apartment and in the common areas.

The property boasts an excellent location, with a tram line very close by and within walking distance of the general party and nightlife areas while also allowing for a relaxing night with no noise. The room was large and able to accommodate all needs. The host was very friendly and patient.

There was some maintenance and building jobs going that I did not know about. However, it did not disturb my stay. Also, the shower room floor was always wet and a bit flooded. But for a couple days stay, it was not a problem

I liked the location, it was spacey. My plane landed late and I still could arrange the check in. Rooms have small fridges, bed is quite confy.

The room was cleaned and that was okay but the shared facilities were horrible. There is absolutely no pressure on the toilet and bathroom sinks, the bathroom stinks and in my opinion is a health hazard (I'm not sure how often it gets cleaned but the floor is full of water at all times and the shower is quite dirty). There is dishes and a cooker available in the kitchen but it really doesn't look like it would be safe to eat there - the good thing is that the kitchen sink has good pressure so you can at least fill up a bottle of water or wash your hands properly. People that were staying there at the same time as we were didn't clean up after themselves - e.g. dirty toilet, shaving and leaving the sink full of hair... All in all - wouldn't recommend staying here, maybe for one night only so you don't have to use the shower.

Location is great, close to metro station, tram stop and also to a parking with bikes and electric scooters to rent. Room has a mini fridge, microwave and a kettle which is great if you want to travel on a budget or similar.

The location is great, close to the city centre and tram stops. I do appreciate good contact with Péter. He was very helpful and shared information about the way I should get to the accommodation, which was very nice of him. My flight was delayed, but he didn't ignore that. This is very important because it helps to reduce stress. The other good thing about my room was that it was very clean, the bedding was nice and fresh. It was a great feeling to get into fresh bed after such a long trip!
