The unpleasant smell of humidity is strong, due to the old building and the location (ground floor)… A better job of cleaning the apartment could be done, (there were small man hairs in the toilet and hairs in the living room)…

The property has the perfect location for exploring the city. Marta is great host, she provided everything we needed. The apartment is equipped, towels, sugar coffee etc. For the value of the money, having in mind the prices of accommodation in Budapest this apartment is great ! Small things could be done for the apartment to be 10/10, and I would visit again…

Nothing too major that I didn’t like but I’d say the heater being on made it a little difficult to breath at night so I tuned it off but then the following days got too cold and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. But it wasn’t too cold anyway, otherwise Martha is always quick to respond to my messages.

The property was very central based so I could easily get to places by walking. The inside of the property itself was very authentically pleasing and it was nicely done up. Martha was very helpful and gave guidance on all the details. She was also very supportive and quickly responded to my messages. She even left chocolates out for when I arrived in my room which was a nice touch 😌 She also had all needed toiletries (more than what hotels give you). As a solo traveler I felt safe and well looked after.

There was a moldy smell in the apartament but we got used to it after few minutes.

Very pretty and clean. There are all amenities provided. The darts and board games were nice additional entertainment. Coffee pods, tea, bottle of wine and lots of sweets were such a nice surprise. The apartment was in perfect location - we were exploring the city by foot. Our host Marta was also very nice and helpful.

Perfect location! Flat was lovely and clean! Aran Bakery is close by too very good pastries 🍰 I would definitely recommend it as a solo traveller. I felt very safe! Great communication from Marta, too. Thank you!

The mattress was a little too soft for us, but that’s just our preference. We would have preferred smaller thinner pillows

The host was just fantastic and so helpful. The apartment had lots of different toiletries including toothbrushes. Aesthetics was to the point. The apartment even had a bottle of wine and some toffees for us. It was clean & decorated well.

The location of the apartment was great as it was near a metro station and easily reachable from the airport shuttle stop. The apartment was clean and well equiped with towels, spices and even coffee pods and the bed was very comfortable as well.

Nothing to note!

There was so much attention to detail and care put into my arrival to make sure I felt welcome. The bed was really comfy, the shower was proper hot, and overall this place felt so cozy. I felt like I was in my own home immediately which is a very rare trait indeed. Well located; it was a 6 minute walk from a well-connected metro line/buses/airport bus, and 20 minutes walking to shopping and more central things. It was also a really pleasant and easy 38 minute walk to the big sights like the cathedral, Buda Castle, etc though I could have done it in 15 min with transit. The team was responsive and hospitable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Marta’s cosy and beautiful apartment. It is even nicer in real life! Thank you Marta for the possibility of an earlier check-in and later check-out, as well as the welcome bottle of wine and the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (shampoos, laundry detergent etc). Really central apartment, quiet, air-conditioning worked great and good value for money if booked in advance. The dart board and board games were an extra that made our stay even better! :) there are many busses just outside of the apartment which make it very convenient to reach the further parts of the city. We would love to come back!

There is a musty smell in the room but I just kept the window open if I can so it’s not a big issue. If the host can try to get rid of the smell it would be a perfect apartment

Beautiful comfy apartment. I enjoyed my stay there and had everything I need. Good location with easy public transport just around the corner. The host is very easy to communicate with. Good value for money for staying in Budapest.

It was all perfect! Nothing to point out. Note that to open the outside door/gate, it will open only the individual door on the right, not the entire gate will open, as we initially thought.

The stay was exceptional! We loved it, it exceeded our expectations! The location is very good, close to points of interest by walking, close to the bus stop that comes from the airport, close to the underground, bus stations... Close to several supermarkets as well! The hostess was exceptional at our reception! Our plane arrived late in Budapest and the fact of having flexible check-in made all the difference. By the time we arrived, many restaurants and supermarkets were already closed and when we got home, Martha (the hostess) had left us fruit and a little treat to eat. The house is beautiful, modern and charming, with good lighting, decoration, comfort... Very cleaned and well-cared. The bathroom and kitchen have underfloor heating. The kitchen is super well equipped and has all kitchen essentials, such as salt, spices, oil, napkins, sponges for dishwashing and washing up liquid, which the hostess had the generosity to make available. It was great because we were able to cook some meals at home! The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable and so is the bed. Wi-fi and TV work perfectly. There are board and card games in the house as well. We felt like we were at home :) The stay was perfect! Thank you Martha.

Amazing, great location and a super helpful host. Everything was clean and comfy and the room was spacious, the host thought if everything. Great for couples. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Budapest!!

Unfotunately apartment has moldy smell. We slept with open windows , but it was impossible to get rid of smell and we turn off the heathing as well because the smell was even worse. Silicone around windows is moldy , shower in bathroom as well and also drain in shower is clogged and all wather went under the tub in bathroom floor. There were stains all over kitchen cabbinets and when you open them they have really bad smell.... and bathroom facuet was full of previous guests toothpaste. If you dont mind all that then apartment is perfect. I really didnt want to write this review but if you like clean apartment and you are planing to bring kids with you then its better not to choose this one.

Apartment was good enough size and location is great , host is helpful .
