Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyThe location is wonderful! Tram , MTR , bus all within walking distance like 3 to 5 mins. The rooms is very spacious and comfy. The breakfast buffet is awesome and has so many choices. RomaniaThe shower cubicle in the room does not seem like a good idea to me, the room looks a little outdated. The parking cost of 19 euros/night is a little steep. The view from the room is also not very interesting.
A classic hotel that reflects the requested quality-price ratio. The distance from the main tourist attractions in Budapest is an advantage, also the breakfast was very good and varied. The fact that the hotel has its own limited parking spaces is an advantage.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area of the city, indeed, you could almost forget that you're in a capital city because of the absence of noise from traffic and crowds! The hotel was like Doctor Who's TARDIS - it looks small from the outside, but is surprisingly spacious on the inside! The rooms very very nicely decorated and the entire hotel had a nice, modern feel.

AustriaFor me, it is not a big problem, but the staff at breakfast seemed a little bit overwhelmed by the amount of guests. So if something was finished, it took a while to be noticed by them to bring in more.
It was our second time at the Hotel. I think that that already says a lot. We choose it because the location is really, easy to get from the train stations, easy to move around the city. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were also ready to help with anything.
