Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JordanThe entrance is not accessible and it comes with a few stairs, we had to hold our child's stroller everytime we leave or arrive to the hotel, this was a bit inconvenient. There was no one to support with the luggage ( considering that we had a lot of luggage with a child and a stroller ) which is not a major concern but would definitely expect it from a 4 stars hotel. Moreover, there is no room service in the hotel and there is also no landline phone in the room to talk to friends in other rooms or even call the reception desk.
The location can't get any better. It is located right in the center of Pest, with plenty of restaurants right beside it. The hotel is modern and clean, the breakfast is fabulous. The lobby is chilled and modern, it comes with a coffee machine that you can constantly use conplimentary. Moreover, the check-in process was super smooth as part of it is done online before arrival. Will always come back to this hotel!

A big thank you to Lilly who helped us book a river city tour, the hop-on-hop-off bus, make a taxi reservation to the airport, and provided great advice in terms of where to go and where to eat. It made a great difference in the quality of our stay.

I was concerned because we were on the first floor but we could not hear the street at all. The location was perfect easy to walk to attractions, city center, but the hotel was quiet. The breakfast every morning was fantastic. Lots of options and really delicious.

BulgariaI had a wonderful stay at the Three Corners Downtown Hotel in Budapest. First, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding. There was a wide variety of delicious options and everything was fresh and well prepared. It was the perfect start to my days exploring the city. Speaking of location, the hotel is perfectly situated for hiking. It's in the heart of Budapest, making it easy to access all the main attractions and enjoy the atmosphere of the city. Whether you are interested in sightseeing, shopping or dining, everything is conveniently close by. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend the Three Corners Downtown Hotel to anyone visiting Budapest. It offers a good price, excellent service and a fantastic location.
