The resort is quite new (2021) and therefore everything is clean and shiny. Spacious room, all facilities ensured. All internal pools are filled with thermal water 33-36, 36-38 or 38-40 degrees, from one of them there is a tunnel connection to the outside pools, also with hot water. Good quality of food, beverage. Large free covered outside parking included in the price.

Only one bathroom in the family room. No all inclusive option available. Need to pay in addition for drinks for dinner.

The bed was not comfortable as the mattress was way too soft. The rooms was great, but we were missing some coat hangers to put our towels on.

There is nothing to dislike at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Maybe it is little bit pricey and the neighboring petrochemical plant smells a bit.

Everything was perfect. Both dinner and breakfast (both buffet style) were excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The exceeded my expectation, the location and the interconnection with the SPA and outside pools was brilliant, food was very good, plenty to choose from, very tasty and everything fresh. No complaints from my family. :)

The path leading to the pool outside is very dangerous and my partner broke his toe while walking there on a sunny day. No signs at all, and the gap between the tiles vs a proper path way is slippery. Would be great offering decaf coffee for breakfast free of charge. Currently you have to pay for it. You can use all facilities in the spa, but not the wellness/sauna part. You have too pay for that. The package we pay at the hotel should include that, but at the facilities they asked us to pay for using the sauna even if we were guest of the hotel. Dinner is buffet style but you need to pay for a glass of water, that’s not included into your dinner package.

Brand new hotel, clean, stuff is very friendly. Breakfast and dinner have very good selection. parking facility is great.

We would have loved if the hotel had it’s own sunbeds for the guests. It is not necessarily a bad thing, but a personal preference.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Everything was very clean and modern. The food was amazing and the staff really nice and helpful. The room was astounding.. we absolutely loved it. We would definitely come back here.

An unsurpassed hotel; perfect in everything. Perfectly connected to the thermal complex. exquisite design, a wonderful range of colors, everything is thought out: from the lighting to the embossing of "Tisia" on the pillow... food at altitude. regarding the convenience of providing the hotel with snow-white robes - clothes can only be taken for wonderful breakfasts and exquisite dinners! the staff deserves special praise: they are good.I especially want to mention Dalma (smiling and sweet) and Petra (attentive and pleasant). The hotel is new! stylish! comfortable! unequivocally - rest - here!!!

This is not about the hotel but the city location - the hotel is in the city with MOL refinery: torch over the plant and the noise emitted during the week days is a bit like a landscape in Ridley's Scott "Blade Runner" (I) at night. You can get accustomed to it though, as the windows are good and airconditioning quite effective.

Hotel with superb quality of service. Comfortable parking. No issues at all with check-in / check-out. Friendly, kind and professional staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable setting. All amenities available in the room. Good buffet dinner included (except drinks - of course). Good breakfast. The hotel offers access to the adjacent spa with hot mineral bath. I will definitely come back.
