The room was a bit small, and the bathroom was tight - but with a good shower.

Very good value for money, great facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room). Lovely staff, and an impromptu wine tasting on offer!

In the evening it was a little noise due to some guests who stayed longer to play games in the dedicated area. That part of the building in not well isolated and you can hear the noise from the room.

The multiple pools, spa, games and bicycle are very nice. The room was big and included a medium size frige (not small, like you would usually find in a hotel). As well the breakfast was nice and the staff very kind.

Linda at the reception went out of her way to help us with all the questions that we had. She gave us great recommendations, both local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The property also had multiple spa/sauna facilities that helped us relax and wind down for the day. Highly recommend to other travellers.

Great location, amazing villa with all what is needed for the stay. Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed SPA/ wellness that is available on site . We were not in season, so outdoor pool was not yet available , but in summer time it would be truly a paradise . Host and lady on reception were amazing as well as a cat Cicerone that our son loved that much:-). We really enjoyed our stay.

A bit dated accommodation with zig-zag arrangement and thin walls. Wellness area the same way: built in stages since the 80s. Staff kind and attentive, location is good. Priced well.

The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. She showed us around the hotel upon arrival. Possibility to store our bikes in locked enclosure was a big advantage. Breakfast was tasty and varied.

The jacuzzi was the best I have ever seen. The breakfast was very good. They also have a sauna and two small pools. The beach is very close And the park is a great for walks and morning runs.

An excellent checkin process, with the guided tour of the site by the reception staff. The apartment was very comfortable, with a very good bed as well. We had a balcony too. The wellness section was amazing, including the jacuzzi. We also had access to complimentary bicycles to use, which made exploring the area great. A good, solid breakfast as well. 10/10.

Wellness closes at 20:00. It‘s not the hotel fault, but Balaton lake is shallow at this side

Price. Nice wellness package ( jacuzzi, open and indoor pools, several saunas, training room). Breakfast with enough variety. Very welcoming reception. City center is beautiful

I dont like a coffee . As a coffe lover I can say that it is a bit of costs to get fine - finom - coffee.

Location is excellent, close to Balaton Lake. Kids 'corner' very useful and rich. Tasty breakfast with plenty options to eat. Parking in front or behind.

Breakfast was exactly the same every day, which got boring after six days. It would be nice to make it special with at least a different type of cake or a fruit.

It's nice that they have 3 different pools, unfortunately all of them were too deep for my kids aged 3 and 5.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, breakfast included. We could rent bicycles with child seats free of charge. Nice playground for the kids, table tennis and a pool table for adults.
