I didn't like the water jug for boiling the water. It should buy a new one. The dirt is coming from inside the jug. For me, The vendeghaz is far from train station. It needs to take the tram.

I like the bed, the house, the toilet, the cleanliness, the staff. We feel like at home..

The walls are very thin. But at night it is quiet.

Very beautiful building inside out. The location is good, five minutes walking from tram stop. Parking is available as it is private houses area. Everything is clean and tidy.

Of the 3 remote controls in my room on the ground floor, only 1 is working. The batteries in the other 2 remote are flat. The lock to the front entrance gate door seems to be faulty as i cannot lock the gate. The locking latch can't seems to enter the hole. The surface of the sofa in the room that i was in seems to be stained.

Quiet and serene place with a large bedroom that can fit 4 people. There seems to be a floor warmer in my room. It's very comfortable for me in the winter.

it was not that clean. The host could not speak English at all. But we managed to understand each other.

We had the whole arpartment to ourself. Everything we needed was there, the location was good and the rooms were comfortable. We could leave our luggage there for the next day and an last minute additional guest was not a problem.

Wobbly bed, I was afraid it might break under me. Didn't sleep much. And had to wait quite a lot for that one shared bathroom.

The wall is not as soundproof, can hear next door neighbour's activities if you happen to have a noisy one. Only shampoo no showet gel. The owner doesnt stay there so if ran out of toilet paper will need to call. Alittle far from centrum if by foot. But since this is the cheapesst accom in booking.com in that area, its still overall good for a couple nights stay

The room and shared bathroom and kitchen are clean. The heating is good and there are many channels and youtube for the TV. Some small supermarkets nearby.

Disaster! 1h before arrival they inform me about no any room is available in the house and I can try to find something else. The owner is compleatly idi*t. He has couple rooms and he doesnt know how many is available. It was 21:00 and nothing around to book. Finaly we spent night in car. Imagine if you dont have this opportunity. So if you want adventures like me fell free to book room over there. You can kiss doormat on the front of main door. Booking should block hosts like this or at least punish somehow to protect next customs.

The host that welcomed me didn't speak any English. I had a hard time communicating my needs with him. I got a smaller room with a tiny tv and an other beds as I had booked online. the host wasn't on site when I wanted to check out and only got lucky to catch him in-between errands to hand back the keys

It had a nice bathroom, garden and kitchen. I was able to lock my room and because there were only a few other guests I got my own room. At night is was quiet and check-out was fairly easy.

There were minimal amenities, it was sort of a basic air BnB more than a guest house. Maybe that's just common in this region, I don't know. Make sure to hit a grocery before settling in for the evening.

A wonderful old school house, newly renovated inside, just a short walk to the city center and tram line. Beautiful original wooden frame and tower, clean kitchen and comfy sitting room.
