Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Romaniai whould like to have towels in the room, to have an early program in the restaurant ...and i did not like the fact thet the kitchen they provided was in the hallway near the room
Tha location is very good, the rooms are very nice , but if you want breckfast or coffe the program starts at 11. for us it was too late. the food in the restaurat v8-Kelemen is verry good. good comunication with renter!```

Czech RepublicThey robbed us of our money and let us and our children sleep in front of the Interspar department store. They were familiar with everything and argued to us that they were sending sms. They didn't inform us anything. I do not recommend! Dealing weak. They took the money and did not provide accommodation.

RomaniaHorrible!!! They say you can check in at 13:00 but i could not get in the room untill 14:15 because the room was not ready. You pay 52euro wich in ft they calculate a lot more than that, they have no reception, the staff does not know english so you can understand each other, the cleaning lady came with a paper and talk to me in hungarian although i tried to tell her i do not understand, she continued, so on the paper it was written with a pen " Name: Adress" and the amount of money I had to pay. I asked for an invoice that I did not receive, and at the end of the day when I came back to the room in front of the building there were a lot of weird people and down stairs there was a rock party that was so loud that you could hear it clearly from the room. In the room the floor had hair and dirt, and the rug from the bathroom was dirty. The next morning for the breakfast they send me to another location where i stayed in front of the closed door in the rain on the phone with them because they didn't known english. The breakfast was put on the table like they wanted to make fun of you, horrible and i had to pay 2000 ft for it! This is the first and the last time i come here!
