Too noisy beacause of the very central location, complicated access - code to enter building, different code to enter “block of rooms” in the building, a other code + key to enter the room 🥴

Breakfast was included to our booking, so we got vouchers for all days. Breakfast is serving nearby in the nice restaurant, with a good and delicious breakfast menu. The best what I liked, breakfast time ))) until 12:00 each day... The host was really friendly, provided all important information, gave a good recommendations and always was fast in reply. Thank you so much!!!

The getting in/out take a bit of time. With few pass / codes to get through. That said, it is explained very well, with good level of instruction so it was relatively easy to navigate

We arrived in Budapest on the days of the big event "World Athletics Championships 2023" It was very difficult and very expensive to find a place to live! By chance, our choice fell on this number! Just great, excellent! In the heart of a beautiful historical center, near everything you could only dream of seeing! Near all the sights! Thank you so much to Eyal for your hospitality ! The main entry and the stairs look like a terror movie. We asked for a crib in advance but it was not in the room when we arrived. I asked the owner for it and he managed to get it. That night, when we arrived in the room, we discovered that the crib had not duvet on it. Since no one from the staff was in place, we need to sleep without duvet, to cover our baby. The day after, I asked for an extra duvet for our baby, but some reason they did not give it to us, so we had to sleep again without duvet, to cover our baby. They did not do our room, because it was needed to hang a signal in the door, which was not in the room. The hot water lasted at least 4 minutes in flow. The windows were so old that you could feel the cold air getting in. We need to keep the air conditioner all night long, because we did not have duvet to cover with.

Check-in process was terrible. The host contacted me on WhatsApp(for some reason) spamming me with 5+ messages before arrival. There is no reception so to enter the room I had to enter a code at the front door, get through a gate, enter a 2nd code to get a key from a lockbox, unlock a door, put the key back and finally a 3rd code for the actual room. Definitely a BnB and not a hotel.

Some of the furnishings in the room needed a little maintenance (or most likely a better quality refurbishment). The shower had a tendency to not drain the water fast enough if left on for too long (blocked drain?), causing some overflow. Although the room we had did have a large window front out on to the main street which was aesthetically nice, this did make it quite draughty during cold winter weather; this was mitigated to some extent (but not entirely) by turning up the heating (which was separate from the air conditioner control). Main apartment level entrance door could be improved from current awkward key box system.

Great location right in the centre. Self check-in. Responsive host. Overall clean. Useful having a small fridge and kettle in the room.
