A clean small apartment with a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen on the same floor. 10-15 minutes of walk to the center... Overall good value for the money. 👍

I was very surprised how perfect place to stay it is! Perfect communication with the host, excellent arrangement of the check-in process (we arrived at night). There are all needed facilities. Big rooms, air-condition, big bathrooms, hair dryer, comfort beds, every room has a terrace with small table and chairs, small kitchen on every floor, where you can find good espresso machine, frige e.t.c. The place exceeded my expectation, I will stay there again during my next travel. Thank you!

Very clean and pleasant place. Excellent facilities to make your stay really comfortable. Nice and clean room and bathroom. In every floor there is a common kitchen, equipped with fridge, stove, coffee machine, and basic cookware. Free coffee, tea, and water are provided. Nice and friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoy my stay at this wonderful place and I highly recommend.

The fire alarm in the bedroom had a strong flashing light (it blinks every minute or so), and it was a bit distracting when we tried to sleep.

The host waited after check-in hours as we were stuck on the highway. He was really kind and explained everything to us as soon as we got there. The value is amazing, the rooms have private bathroom, shared kitchen is clean and it has everything you need!

The mattress could be a little more comfortable but it was not that big of a problem.

The host was really polite and nice. The room was very clean and for the two of us there was enough space. The shared kitchen had all the equipment that we needed and even coffee machine which was great. The city centre is just 15-20 minutes walking but also, if you don’t feel like walking, public transport is really close to hotel. I would recommend staying at this place! :)

There is nothing I didn't like

It was super clean, comfy and you had everything you need! The host was very polite and they let us coffee and tea. You can pay only with cash. you have self check out which is very cool. The rooms were sound proof!

The room was veeeryy clean and comfortable. There’s a kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, cups, plates and basically anything you could possibly need to use during the stay there. It’s close to the city centre, bus station, shopping centre etc. The street is quet and there’s barely any traffic so you have a lot of free parking places at all times. The staff is great. I recommend this place and will definitely come back again 🙂

Cons - - i got a really small room (twin bed room though) as the bathroom was so small to even shower for 15 mins as it feels like suffocating - Pillow was really poor quality that i had to sleep without pillow - The host just speaks English on booking.com but in real he doesn't speak nor understands any English (he's in his 60s) - if you get a room in the upper floor, good luck dragging ur things up through the narrow staircase - Price was not reasonable for that room size though it was cheaper compared to other accomodations
