Everything was super and more 5 star than 4 star quality. we had a very nice spacious apartment, the spa is great but a swimming pool is missing. The staff is kind and helpful. I have to say I experienced the most amazing Hungarian buffet ever , too good 🙂 Very closely located to the beach walk with restaurants and shops , but not too close to be distributed by the noise.

the gate on the train station side looked long abandoned, with spider web crisscrossing the bell and the area around it, it was impossible to switch off the air conditioning in the room, there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom, coffee was poured over the floor during breakfast by someone and there was nobody to clean it up, you just had to be careful not to step in it and slip, I don’t recall seeing water provided with the buffet, you had to buy it if you wanted to have some.

absolutely wonderful hotel and stuff! we were feel comfortable and welcome during all time. spa with pool is amazing, went there every day and enjoyed it. dinner a la card in business days and buffet in weekends, food was good and service was nice. thanks to the personal we will come back for sure

Pool is very small. A lot of big spiders on the balcony at nightime.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms. Location very good with lake and bars/restaurants within walking distance. Food available as a buffet with allergy information available (most of the time). We had an issue with our room which was resolved very quickly by the staff.

From four dinners of our stay only at one night had food allergen numbers being displayed. We asked about one food which did not contain allergens, but turned out it has gluten. Please always display allergens, because gluten intolerance is not a choice of a new fun trend, but an awful stomach pain in our case.

Everything was great, especially the wellness area, the breakfast and the dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was as we expected

We enjoyed breakfast and dinner a lot! Quality food, tasty, wide choices. Its also worth to stay and try restaurant during lunch time. During our stay we've been eating only at Hotel basically. Drinks from bar in the lobby are also great. As a family with small kid (1 year) we missed nothing

The evening meal was buffet style and having to please so many nationalities sometimes the food choice for us was limited . However plenty of restaurants around , spolit for choice. No covered parking for our motorcycle but ample accessable spaces on hotel grounds.
