There are a few little 'extras' that might be expected of a 5 star hotel eg turn down service at night, which aren't offered and the gym and spa area are rather small. These didn't detract from our wonderful stay but may be important to some.

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Budapest with an excellent location close to all main sites. Our room had a double aspect over the square and was one of the most beautiful, largest and most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. Staff were friendly and accommodating and organised us a lovely breakfast when we needed to leave for an early flight and extra towels to take to the baths.

I had a problem with the taxis from the airport (being over changed) and Bence from reception sorted it out for me in a very short time, he was so helpful.

The only reason I don’t rate this a 10 is that the breakfast was not the best, the selection was a bit limited

Amazing location and incredible staff, the interior and design of the hotel is very modern and chic, we felt extremely well treated during our stay and everything is very convenient. We also got a free room upgrade which was brilliant!

Would have liked more pillows and a firm pillow option. The music at breakfast was quite clubby so would have preferred something more chilled. It made about plastic plants in interiors. Everything else was so wonderfully considered this just let the rest of the interior design down a little.

Central location, charming staff, great breakfast, gorgeous spacious rooms and corridors. Lovely decor. Great books.

Great location in downtown. Walking distance from the Parliament and other monuments, shops and restaurants. Food at the hotel restaurant is very good and the ambience is cozy even if only for drinks. Breakfast there was delicious. Spa and gym are small but as it was empty it was not an issue. Overall my experience in this hotel was wonderful.

Extremely welcoming staff, service starts before arrival . Exceptional design and excellent toiletries. The toilet room is equipped with water👌🏻 Front desk were one of the best I ever seen, rooms are clean and large. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to any traveler staying in Budapest.

One night we heard really loud music from the next room, but it didn’t last long. Maybe someone complained about it. It was not that disturbing.

Everything was perfect. The room, the service by the breakfast and also the room service. The people are really kind and helpful. The location is perfect.

The room is very spacious and boutique luxury at its best. Comfortable beds. The hotel has cool quaint decor throughout. That spa is fantastic. Very broad choice for breakfast including croissants, eggs in a couple choices, sausages, bacon, various fruits, veg, juices, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, all fresh and good quality. The service is perfect - so helpful, responsive and attentive. Eg. They overheard my son saying he wanted pineapple juice and us saying this wasn't available, then out of the blue they appeared with sliced fresh pineapple on a board. They researched restaurants for my birthday and the chocolates and a note was a nice surprise on the day. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay.

Great location, lovely decor inside. Rooms spacious and really appreciated the big bath after a long day exploring. Staff were welcoming and even helped me with arranging last minute request for transfer to airport.

It would be better to provide more bottles of water in the room for guests, instead of having to request them, even though they are delivered quickly.

Lobby and room design and quality, cleanliness, comfort, room and bed size, service, and food. The location is perfect as it is situated near cafes, restaurants, and other major favorite places in the city.

We stayed at the top floor and while the windows guaranteed picturesque views, the heating system could not keep up - was fairly cold, esp. in the mornings. Would also expect free bottled water after each clean up despite any climate pledges etc

I honestly really liked the hotel and this review should be perceived as a positive one. First of all, superb location. The hotel feels brand new. The rooms are spacious rooms with high quality finishes and top brand names from electronics to cosmetics. Personnel was smiley and helpful. Overall really satisfied with my stay
