Two of four days I had no warm water in the shower. The first day the room was cold becasue the heating didn't work. And the first day the hairdryer didn't work. Hairdryer and heating was solved after talking to the reception. Warm water not really.

Most of our windows faced the square in front of the hotel, which was rather busy until midnight in the summer. The other rooms having windows to the inner courtyard are definitively not that noisy. If one uses the AC with closed windows, it is much better. The hotel gave us a card offering 10% discount in the restaurant opposite, however, it was not the best dinner we had, the food was very salty, so despite the discount offered, I would go elsewhere next time.

We stayed in a two-room apartement on the second floor, which was a bit tight for 6 persons, but was manageable for two nights. The kitchenette was well equipped. The breakfast was fine, even hot omlette, sausages and fryed bacon on the menu. There is also a small welness section available for a moderate fee, unfortunately we had no time to try it, but as we looked in, it was always empty. The location is very central, parking ok.

The staff was very friendly and flexible. We needed to leave before 8 and they managed to serve us breakfast at 7:30. There is a restaurant "Neo" in front of the hotel where the food was excellent. The scrammbled eggs at breakfast was prepared the way how I love it (like my Mom does). :-) The location is great, just a few steps away from the castle.

Is always a real pleasure stay here. Real Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are perfect and comfortable. I use this hotel while on business but can be excellent for tourists. The partner restaurant on the other side of the square have an excellent cuisine. Worth a visit.

I use this hotel for weekend during two weeks biz trip. Everything is perfect. Clean, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Spa&wellness area, close to hotel there is a restaurant (same property) that offers excellent food.

The building where the room was smelling like mold and fungus. The carpet in the room was so stinky as it only could be. Coffee at the breakfast - the worst we've ever had. And the quality of breakfast itself also questionable. It wasn't the cheapest hotel, that's why this much of disappointment

There was extra bed missing. When claimed this, they asked to pay another fee (which was unacceptable) and I had to proof that I really booked a room for 3 persons. When staff was preparing the third bed, they bring USED and not clean bed sheets! And answered me, that they have full hotel, when I was asking for replacement!
