We were amazed by the view when we arrived, a cozy hillside garden with a full view of the Balaton Lake. It was breathtaking. The room was very romantic and cozy, a lot of space. The bathroom was a little at the small size, but still more than enough. It was quiet and calm, very soothing to sit at the terrace with the lovely view. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She helped us with recommendations for restaurants and places to go. We loved our stay and would definitely go back. We loved our stay, and the only thing we regret is not staying longer.

Beautiful house with very welcoming hosts: Eva and Joseph. Our room was spacious and had an amazing view on Balaton Lake and also a private balcony to relax outside. Great breakfast, freshly prepared from Eva and Joseph also with Lake view. Very close to Tihany and Balatonfured.

We've had such an amazing time at Villa Botostyan. The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to Rege coffee and Echo restaurant which I would recommend visiting. Parking is good at the property. Property was very clean and quiet. Hosts were absolutely lovely, chatty and helpful. The breakfast was so delicious in comparison to other 4 hotels we stayed at. Will definitely be back. Don't forget to visit Balaton, lavender field and do some karting. See you again soon 😊❤️

The morning sun woke us up very early. The curtains did not allow to darken the apartment.

The apartment is far from the center, which makes it quiet at night. The apartment was in a house located on a hill. There was a beautiful view of Lake Balaton. A very tasty breakfast was served in the morning.

The host was so lovely and really looked after us well. On our second night the weather was quite bad and rather than us walking into the village for dinner they drove us to another nearby village and then picked us up afterwards also.

We were greeted by a very nice lady that showed us to our room. The owner is a very sweet and hospitable lady that speaks Hungarian, and also a little English and German. We had a very beautiful room with amazing view of the sunrise and lake. The room was very cozy with personalized details. It was equipped with everything you would need. On top of that the owner told us she can provide us with more if needed, and even offered to buy us things when she was going to the store. She also makes a very nice breakfast with good quality food. It should be noted that the place is about a 10 minute bike ride from the city center, but they have bikes to borrow at the property. There is also a lavender field about 5 minutes of walking. Over all, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
