Outdoor pools do not fill up until after May - regardless of weather. Staff is only marginally friendly towards Americans (understandable, I am one, and I barely like them myself). The air conditioning in my room did not cool very well. Even when you leave a towel on the floor, the Maids will not replace it with a clean towel. I guess you need to ask...

Very nice facilities. The saunas are amazing. Very close to the wineries. The breakfast is incredible.

The room was way too hot, difficult to breathe. If window open the room was ' invaded ' by bugs straight away. But luckily, while agains extra charge we were able to swap room to a lower floor level. No air-conditioning facilities due to 'still being in winter month (April).

Breakfast was basic but good. Lovely location and pretty easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was really hot and no ac available to use.

Staff was extremely helpful, we had to go back to reception to ask if they can change our room from the top floor to a different as it was really hot up there and no ac available to use. They changed it straight away, very helpful. The young man on reception was very proffessional and understanding. I didn't get his name, he was wearing a white shirt and glasses. Credits to him!

The wlan is a joke you can't laugh about. Each access point is called by a different name so your phone doesn't roam between them, also wlan im the room is barely sufficient. If there wouldn't be eu roaming, oh dear! The matrace on the bed slides around as it's just placed on it, there is nothing keeping it in place. Very disturbing having to put back each morning into alignment... The hooks in the bathroom for the towels are located in very bad way, very unpractical for hanging the towels at the sink and shower. Also just barely enough no extra place to put wet swimming clothes to dry. The chairs in the restaurant are heavy and don't slide well on the floor, making an unpleasant noise when pulled out to sit down. So easy to fix, yet nobody is fixing it. **Summary: all of these are problems one can live with, and can be acceptable to enjoy the time there. We go back often for the food and the location, but are always finding these things annoying, as they would be easy to fix for a 4* hotel!

Food is 1A,will go back any time for the same restaurant experience. Wellness part is sufficient when less guests. Sauna part small only a few fit in. Also location is very good, couple of minutes by car from the city center and the shopping centers.

Bed mattress was uncomfy. tapped water was not drinkable, no one has informed us about it, had to google it. The waitress during breakfast was kinda rude.

All in all, our staying was nice. Me and my partner enjoyed our room. At the entrance of the spa there was a very nice guy who informed us about everything (regarding the openings-closings, arrangement with the bathrobes, towels) in a lovely manner. We enjoyed the bar as well.

Dinner only started at 19:30 which was a bit too late for us. Shower head is only fixed to thw all and was broken, water sprayed all over the place, really annoying.

Breakfast was great, dinner not so much, but OK. SPA section is not big but has everything you need. Atmosphere, quality of the rooms also good.

The staff was nice, but some of them could not speak English. The bed matrace was not very comfy for us but for 2 night stay, it was acceptable.

The outside pool area was very beautiful, breakfast excellent, dinner very nice too. Location good too. Town centre 30 minutes walk, but the Valley of pretty women was 10 mintues walk

Mold on the windowsill, cleaning stuff talk loud, fridge did not work, the room was not clean when I arrived. All was reported to the receptionists and they were actively cooperated to make me happy.

The walls of the rooms were too thin, we could here the neighbours talk and shower. Wellness is in a separate building, restaurant is in a separate building too, not handy in cold weather. Very little choice in dessert. Half of the sauna’s were not on the correct temperature. Wellness was not supervised or cleaned in the 4 hours we were in there. To enter the parking lot you have to use your card in a machine a few meters away, then run to make it in time. Would say 4- stars

They refused to let us stay at the start, even though we had booked it and answered their covid questions. They then said we couldn't use any of the facilities. They didn't even know their govts own rules as we were allowed to stay because of Euro 2020. They finally relented after much pressure from us. No one at the hotel followed rules on wearing a mask and yet they were going to refuse us! The room wasn't as in the photos on booking. Com and we kept finding false nails all over the room, despite it having been cleaned. Finally they appeared to overcharge us.. Maybe we should had paid in euros but all advice said to pay in local currency.

We didn't let that spoil our time there as the hotel was in lovely grounds, with lovely baths. Breakfast was pretty extensive and enjoyable. The location was both good for Eger and the valley wineries

car parking on payment, poor indications on how reach the building where to sleep, procedure to access the car parking not clear. Breakfast very poor, only few sweets products and no quality. Tiny bar at the reception. No slippers available in the room. Not many services for a 4 stars hotel !
