Rita, the sommelier, was amazing, gave us a lot of recommendations for local wineries to visit, and also the tasting with her was very educational. The dinner is not really much of a taste, although the breaakfast is okay. Dinner definitely too expensive. Better skip and eat outside.

The room is very nice, has everything you could possibly imagine. The spa and pools are very clean with great variety.

This was the most extraordinary hotel experience of my life! Many 5* hotels left me disappointed, but not this one. Eveything is taken care of in minimum detail, each guest is treated like a VIP, everything is so luxurious and pleasant to the eye. Furniture, rooms, spa... Breakfast is 10/10.

It was a shame that, probably because it is still winter, not all of the outdoor pools were open. The pools were all beautiful and very clean, but they were extremely warm and it would have been nice to have one pool which would be for swimming/exercise, rather than only relaxation.

Excellent, welcoming staff – everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was stylish, it had a large balcony and a very spacious bathroom with shower, separate tub and a private toilet. The restaurant at the pool had delicious pizza. The whole hotel was very tasteful and the environment was rellxing and calm (but also child-friendly).

Not enough wines to taste per glass. The selection is great but I would expect to have more options to order wine per glass, not per whole bottle.

We liked everything! There was a small issue with the room ventilation in the middle of the night we felt like there was no air in the room, although we put the aircon for 18 C, but we could open the window. Nothing that would keep us from recommending this amazing place! :)

Everything was AMAZING..Hotel Vinifera is truly an exceptional wellness hotel with outstanding services. The spa area has a lot to offer, many saunas, great pools, the breakfast was one of best we have ever had in such types of hotels. We have been to many hotels, but this one will stand for sure as one of our favourites.

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Pools are amazing, same as saunas. There is heated outside pool, 4 indoor pools and wellnes area with few saunas. Food is delicious. Breakfast buffet offers various food and dinner is a la carte, with starters and soups. We had a feeling that we are having dinner at Michelin star restaurant.

Unfortunately when we were there the pool amenities and jacuzzi functions were temporarily out of order which left us with a simple pool only. If it had been functioning properly our stay would have been perfect.

The food and wine selection is great. The staff is very welcoming and nice. The sommelier gave us a great and free wine tasting. Interior design of the hotel is very appealing.

I recently stayed in this upscale hotel and it was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience all the more enjoyable. During my most recent visit, I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The friendly and accommodating personnel made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. The amazing level of cleanliness throughout my stay made for a cosy and secure environment. The large balcony that was connected to my room was the highlight of my trip because it offered a nice outside area where I could unwind and breathe in the fresh air. The rooms themselves were an ideal fusion of contemporary style and a welcoming, cosy ambiance. One of the most unforgettable experiences was waking up to my room's breathtaking view of Lake Balaton. Being able to see the lake so clearly out of my window was a real treat. This hotel stood out for its wonderful family-friendly ambiance. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed themselves, from the roomy accommodations to the thoughtful extras. Finding a place that so effectively serves everyone is not always simple, but this hotel got it right. Overall, I had an amazing time during my stay at this hotel. It was a memorable vacation because of the spacious balcony, the contemporary yet comfortable rooms, the spectacular view, and the welcoming atmosphere.

Hard to say anything negative about this place really, maybe the closing of the pools is 20:00 should be extended to 22:00 at least due to the check in time is late as well.

Just simply excellent the hotel well deserves the 5 stars rating, everything is clean, nicely organized, room is quiet, I was especially enlightened with the heated pools the water has nice warm temperature during the whole day, breakfast is great, staff is friendly. I enjoyed the free champagne testing the afternoon :)
