The communication with the property management could be improved, it was not clear from the beginning that I had to phone on arrival so someone could come over to give me the keycode. in addition, the safe lock was broken but the safe anyhow was too small to take my laptop. Improvement proposal would be to change the safe to a new one that can hold a laptop.

The location was excellent, and I enjoyed the view of the Danube from the balcony

The only negative was that it was difficult to use the television, but with so much to see and do in Budapest, it was not a big issue.

We loved our stay in this apartment. Great location, close to the river, shops, cafe's and restaurants. Really enjoyed having a kitchen, washing machine and balcony. Excellent value. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Budapest.

We could not ventilate very well by opening the windows

We had two apartments next to each other on the first floor. The entrance to both the building and the apartments is with codes, very convenient, each person can come and go when they want. The location is exceptional, right next to Vaci Uta, very close to the Danube promenade and many tourist attractions and restaurants. The apartments are spacious, clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, air conditioning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the fridge is large. The staff very nice and helpful. We recommend the apartments with all confidence

If I had any negatives to say it would be that mem-foam bed was a little stiff for my liking and more pillows would have been my preference.

It had everything we needed and was as described with a river view balcony. We had one query to the landlord when we were there and they answered very promptly. The location was perfect and given its proximity to the river and city centre was also quiet at night. There is a lift in the apartment building with a good sized convenience store on the ground floor. Boat tours, restaurants, bars, shops and a casino are all easily within 5 mins walk.

Excelleny location - views of the Danube, quiet, yet close to many of the best city sites. Very comfortable apartment, nicely decorated, with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine

Not as advertised. Very exposed with big windows directly overlooking a busy McDonald's, and no balcony or river views. Area not so nice with what looked like a strip bar righ next door. Falsely lumped with other much nicer places. The toilet and room always smelled bad until I found that the suction fan was blocked and never cleaned. Washing machine but no detergent. White wine but no water.

Trying to find the apartment is a little tricky as there are so many large buildings in Budapest with apartments that it's not obvious to see where you are going even, with an address. That could be maybe made a bit easier in some way. There is a Marriott Hotel straight across the street and it would be helpful to meet the host there if at all possible. I felt that the air conditioning wasn't working as good as I thought it should have. It wasn't as efficient as the units we are used to that work well. We stayed in another place just after here and the air con was fantastic, so it was only for the 2 nights that we stayed here that were rather hot. Other than that everything was just fine.

We loved the apartment decor was vibrant and really cool. The use of the balcony was lovely as it looks over the river a little bit. The bathroom was really lovely. Very nice decor. The host put some water etc in the fridge for us which is always really helpful for when you arrive as we didn't know there was a supermarket around the corner of the building. The use of Netflix was nice too as we picked up a few movies to relax in the late evening. A great find.

Incredible host. Reneta was available for every question or need. For example, when I asked were I could dry the laundry she made sure a new drying facility will wait for us on the same evening. The apartment was equipped with everything you can think of, very clean, quiet, just a few steps from Vaci st. We really had a great stay!

There’s was nothing we did not like about our stay at VIP apartments in Budapest

The apartment has an access code and felt secure. It has good facilities and great location for the sights and a very short walk to the River Danube and town centre . A balcony view with modern interior and a complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch.

Comfortable beds, large bathroom, blackout shades, view, walking distance to most everything, public transportation right in front of the building, sufficient supermarket on the corner, many restaurants/cafes.
