Just a tiny thing that didn’t hinder the experience at all - there were no robes in the room, but i’m sure if we asked, we would be accommodated.

We enjoyed our spate greatly. The hotel was fancy, modern and beautiful. Our room was big with a comfortable bed and sofa, a lot of storage space, separate bathroom and toilet which is an appreciated detail. The built in lighting and AC was a nice touch. We had a well needed rest. Free included parking was a big bonus. We would definitely come back.

The staff were extremely helpful in every aspect the hotel is immaculately clean and quiet and a perfect location.

The breakfast was disappointing. The room was small, and already quite crowded at most times during service. Summer must be worse. Staff seemed unable to cope with the workload, and food regularly ran out without being replenished quickly enough, or in some cases, at all. There was absolutely no visible supervision or concern for guests’ happiness. The whole experience is a let down for a boutique hotel of this high quality.

Hotel location, helpful staff / concierge advice, comfortable, spacious bedroom. Great ambiance. Free parking is a huge bonus in a city centre hotel like this!

Nothing may be the small window in the bathroom

The reception was fabulous very kind and attentive. The room was perfect . All facilites were with high quality. The veiw fron the suit was perfect and we had the rivrr snd the hill in front of us.

Excellent location on the river. Didn't experience any noise (our room overlooked a quiet side road rather than the bigger riverside road). Clean, modern ambience. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fabulous location, super modern and stylish hotel. Staff so helpful and everywhere was spotless. Breakfast fantastic, lovely restaurant area and great choice of food & drink including champagne! Could not fault anything, absolutely loved it!

Hotel Vision is in a wonderful part of Budapest right on the Danube river. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the morning breakfast was probably the best I had during my entire two weeks in Europe. I will be coming back next time I am in Budapest.

We only stayed one night before catching a river boat cruise. We took a room facing the courtyard but it would have been really nice to have a river view. Next time.

Maybe more hangers in room and shampoo, soap, etc since 2 people were in room. I’m sure front desk would have given us more if asked. Also a top sheet on bed .

The hotel has a very good location, it is close to all attractions. Extremely clean, the staff is polite, the breakfast is as varied as possible. The parking is n the hotel, very clean, free and has 2 charging stations which are also free. We are very satisfied and recommend. Every detail has been thought of to make you feel at home!
