Our room was elegantly decorated and very clean. Staff members were very cheerful and helpful. The location is also great since Vaci utca is a quite busy street with a variety of shops and restaurants and right across the Central Market. Overall amazing!

Wi-Fi was a bit patchy but not a big issue for us at all.

Room was very spacious and had lots of touches to make it really special. Good dining area and facilities for breakfast and light lunches. Location was perfect for exploring and was very near to the indoor market and Liberty Bridge.

Can't think about anything to be honest. Maybe there could be a simple divider installed between shower and the rest of bathroom space, because we had a lot of water on the floor each time we showered, but other than that everything was a blast.

Everything went well, room was extremely clean and its standard has exceeded our expectations. There was a mini fridge, in which we could cool our beverages, there was also a cool mini projector, which had many VOD apps installed and we could watch our favourite TV shows every night. I find the location in a perfect balance between "touristy" and "quiet". The hotel is located at Vači street, which is probably one of the most interesting streets in Budapest, yet in our room the only things we heard were the birds chirping and wind blowing leafs outside.

One of the sofa beds was extremely uncomfortable and needs repair ( no one can sleep on it )but we didn’t use it as we were 4 . It would have been a more comfortable stay if someone could sleep on it .

The cleaning, was a used ear stick in the bathroom😏. My room 3 was always dark as the ‘window’was to the inner yard. Very noisy as close to reception.

In the heart of the city in the walking street. Good breakfasts in the hotel on the opposite side of the street. Coffee and tea available at reception and included. Very friendly and helpful staff😊

My room was in the ground floor, close to the Rezeption, so sometimes it was a bit noisy from the Rezeption. Anyway the neighbors were easy to hear. At night it was realy quiet. Thats the only thing i can say.

There was no soap in the bathroom for our one night stay, however it was late at night and there's no staff available to assist us. Very minor inconvenience, but would appreciate if staff to properly refill before each guests checks in

Absolutely love the location, very central with lots of shops and food places along the street. Tram lines and Metro stations are just a short minute walk from the hotel. Fairly decent room, great staff.

Location was perfect - right in the city centre with shops and cafes / restaurants on the same street. The reception staff were lovely and helpful, they even let us check in early as the room was ready on arrival. Very clean and beautifully decorated room, bed was huge and very comfortable! Would definitely recommend staying here, the price was great compared to other nearby hotels. We will return on our next visit to Budapest! Thank you

Everything was perfect! Cozy apartment with everything we needed, in perfect location. For breakfast we had to choices, we chose Estillo, and had perfect buffet.

I’d add a hanger in the toilet and I’ll fix Netflix. Was not really easy to enter in the building as the code we had was not working

Great location on pedestrian street and 2 minutes walk from the most beautiful bridge in Budapest, the Liberty Bridge. Metro station and other public transportation in immediate distance. If you arrive from the airport by bus you can reach the hotel in a few minutes walk.

The heating is with a/c and it is very weak. It needs a few days, when it is cold outside to warm up. Since the building is very old, although totally refurbished, there is a smell of moisture.

We liked the enterior of the room very much. It is very interesting. The position of the hotel is excellent. It is very quiet. The breakfast in the nearby hotel is very good.

The water in the sink does not drain well, the staff promised to help with this, but did not fulfill their promise. There was no cleaning for 2 days, when we asked, we were told that there were too many rooms.

Good location, large and stylish apartment. We were allowed to check-out 40 mins later for free.
