The breakfast buffet could be better. It’s wast of energy that every time you go to the spa to get a towel you have to give a card for towel and the room card and repeat this when you give back the spa towel.. really annoying especially if you have little kids.

Comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. The dinner buffet was really nice.

Facilities of the room and the Spa are good. We had great time there. Very kind and helpful staff. They called us before, to offer an extra service (for free) because we (accidentally) booked for the valentine's day weekend. Bowling was fully booked, but they managed to find somehow a spot before us leaving. The massage was great, I would highly recommend trying it.

It was a little hard to communicate here, if you dont speak german or hungarian. The personnel knew some english but they were still looking at you like they did not really understand :D In the caffe bars and restaurants inside the hotel, it took AGES to order. If we went to the bar to order, we were rushed out to take a seat and then we waited minutes long for the waiter (even though we were the only customers in the whole place). Then we waited another long minutes (15 minutes for example for beer and aperol spritz - again we were the only two customers). I don't mind waiting long if I am told it will take long, but no communication like that happened. You just feel like a liability for some of the waiters. Also once, we said to a waiter (who did seem to understand english), that we want one more beer, and instead he printed us a bill. Like in what world did we end up? I don't understand. :D Nonetheless, the place is great for people who enjoy wellness, great for seniors and older people. I would not recommend this place to young couples who want to party or who want to just drink. Zamárdi is kinda "dead" place. Siofok is better for ya)

The cleaning wasn’t good at all . We were asking the staff to clean our room and they didn’t even replace the water or coffee . And after 3 days the bed sheets was a bit dirty with food and still they didn’t change our bedsheets for all our stay For a 4 star hotel and such a high price we were expecting exceptional cleaning of the room and attention to detail .

The location was amazing and the pool facilities was lovely . Breakfast and dinner really nice with variety of options .

Disrespectful and rude staff, you cannot use hotel amentities after check-out (even though on the website it states you can). Price is way too high for this level of service, I had better in a 5$/night hostel

Meals were included in the cost but we only ate at the hotel once and went out for all other meals. Food was unhealthy and tasteless, guests packed together in one area. Air conditioning needed to be cleaned so the room was never quite cool enough. Sink was clogged but when we asked to have it fixed, we were told that we would need to stay in the room to wait for a repair person and then oversee the work. Air conditioning in the fitness studio was broken, cobwebs on the ceilings. Pool didn't open until late in the morning and we were asked to leave at 8pm - just when we would have liked to be in the pool to see the sun set or have a cocktail on the patio. Hotel could be really nice but requires some love and care from the management.

The location is good - beachfront and within walking distance to popular tourist areas.

At this time of year, it was reasonably quiet and pleasant as everything went smoothly. Breakfast and dinner very good and varied. Spacious room with balcony. Spa services of high quality. We will come back. Thank you!

Separate elevators to separate sections of the building was a little bit strange. My parents were on different floor and section, causing a little extra lift ride.

It is walking distance to the lake, practically it is at the lake. The building is very nice, rooms are comfortable. We liked both indoor and outdoor pools and wellness. Our massage therapist, Beata massaged our entire family, and she was very friendly with all of us. Breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of food and everything was tasty. Staff was very helpful, resolved my booking issue and air conditioning issue.
