The Location is top. The rooms are big and clean. The cooling system could work better, but it was ok, in April it aint that hot.

Hotel is in nice place, near lake, but it is far from center, you need to walk about 20 minutes and hotel is surrounded by some boat workshops and piers. Also, some lady at spa is not so polite. This is not complain, but English language of employees could be better.

Great location, very nice staff. Place with good potential- however some of part in hotel need new equipments refresh or clean. Room for childrens- very untide - need clean and good aircondition. Privat beach was wonderfull - close 2 min walk, very nice. Big balcony - could be cleaner . Breakfast fine and dinners also good. We spend lovely time in hotel and on the lake. For sure recomand place for familly. possibility to play X box , swiming pool - ale was good

Aircond was not efficient enough and the shower floor was sloping the wrong wy which led to water flowing out of the shower.

The welness part is really good. It has it’s own lake shore access and because lake depth is 160cm there are only teenagers, no young kids. The shower was really spacious. No need to clamber in and out of a bath tub.

The hotel looks like a 4-star hotel, but it's actually a 3-star hotel. Many things were missing to make it a 4-star hotel. The rooms (at least ours) did not meet the usual standards of a 4* hotel, the carpet was dirty, the sewage in the toilet smelled and rather the air conditioner was not working, which could not be regulated and there was no other heating option. The food was monotonous but still tasty. The bathroom is very large, but the shower is so small that the average person had trouble turning around in it.

Incredibly friendly service that saved many situations. However, there is a problem with English, which is spoken only by the reception and a minimum of people in the restaurant. A quiet location right on the shore of the lake with a beautiful harbor. Perfect for those walks. Excellent comfortable beds, large balconies and a very quiet location. Incredibly fast internet.

The attitude of the lady from the reception and the room. I booked a room with a lake view but I received a room without a view and the photos did not corresponded to reality. When I pointed this out, the lady at the reception answered me in a totally inappropriate and unpleasant way, not suitable for a discussion with a hotel guest.

The coffee at breakfast was from a machine that dispensed "instant" coffee. It is very nice to have the yachting harbour outside, but would be even nicer if there was access to the lake for swimming

An older hotel that would welcome renovation. For the higher price paid, I would welcome the room overlooking the lake and not the car park and most importantly no charges for the coffee capsules in the room and the night charge for parking! That we found rather unusual and a bit appalling..

Cold swimming pool, strange shower cabin (the water was leaking from the shower cabin because of the shower door).

Everything was on very good level. Dinner and breakfast were very good, spa and wellness as well (especially enjoyed the outside jacuzzi). Definitely would like to stay there one more time.

The bugs in my room. They came from outside but still they should have mosquito nets and air the room through that so I do not chase 5 flying large bugs in the evening.

It was ok but not totally clean, building little bit old. etc. and when you go to wellness on the way hall is totall hot without climate.

So so, not bad, not good :) middle but can be enough.

Everything was good i can just mention the dinner... there wasn't a lot to choose but it was tasty.

The location was good, we had lake view from the balcony... 15 minutes by foot to the centre. Room was comfortable and clean. Wellness was great for little baby (small pool and big jazzuci, big pool was too cold) and there was no crowd.

I’ve never had such a poor evening meal. Your offer would have been better advertised as bed and breakfast only. The food looked as if it had been there for days. I felt sorry for the member of staff in attendance. 3 eating only. Pool too cold. Jacuzzi also chilly. Had to ask for saunas etc to be switched on. Could they not be on a timer?
