The only thing that we don’t is the location a little bit far from center, but if you have a car and prefer quiet neighborhood it’s the perfect choice.

Amazing accommodation - we were upgraded to the most beautiful apartment and the staff were so accommodating. They even gave a cake for my husband’s 40th birthday. The breakfast at the hotel next door was excellent. We would highly recommend this property.

Loved the apartment, luxurious with a fabulous rain shower in both bedrooms, location was 25 minutes walk ,but plenty of public transport or bolt taxis.

We had breakfast included which was next door at their sister hotel, after having breakfast which was lovely, whilst waiting in reception we saw their was champagne, we were on my sister hen do, so we asked if it was free, one of the foh staff asked if we were staying at the apartments we said and he ‘you order it inside at breakfast’ we asked if it was free, he said ‘you can have it at breakfast not here this is for our hotel guests’ So we assumed it was free, 3 of us waited 20mins for a glass then the bill promptly came - we explains the reception scenario the waitress went to reception and then we were greeted by the rudest man ever, who basically said we were lying and could not see it from our perspective even though the man that created the confusion understood. Ruined our stay.

The apartment was very comfortable, it was large, spacious and well equipped. The place was very well run and organized the staff was very kind, courteous and responsive to all our requests. The location of the hotel apartment was very good the public transport was only a 100m away and was so convenient.

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Is very clean and has free American Netflix which was nice after a long trip. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. We had an issue with the shower draining and the young man At the front desk came up and fixed it immediately. He could not have been nicer

the bed linen was off poor quality and felt over washed and rough to the touch ,but this maybe a 1 off as everything else was lovely. There was no information regarding the road works directly outside the apartment during our stay . This started at 8 am and was very loud and disturbing It would have be nice to be informed ..

No toaster was the only thing missing, if I had to make up 1 thing we noticed.

We booked a superior apartment and were upgraded to a deluxe and it was 10/10, so modern and spacious and stylish. Gorgeous decor. All we needed in the kitchen, we could get towels from reception to go to the baths as well. Shampoo and shower gel provided and as we travelled hand luggage, this was appreciated. Staff were so helpful!

Could not recommend the Zoya Luxury Residence enough!! Myself and three friends checked out earlier today after a three night stay. We absolutely loved the Zoya. The minute we were massively impressed with the cleanliness, the modern decoration, the amenities and the overall atmosphere. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning! The staff at the Zoya thought of every detail. Coffee machines with pods, washing machine with washing tabs, air conditioning in each room, full stocked kitchen with cutlery etc that might be needed and best of all a television connected to netflix. We loved the apartment so much we decided to say in on our first night to just relax and enjoy it. It was without a doubt a 10/10 from us. We will 100% be back in the near future. We would recommend anyone travelling to Budapest to stay in the Zoya. Excellent staff, beautiful apartments and amazing prices. Definitely a luxury experience!

The first apartment smelled of cigarettes so we changed it. The new apartment they provided wasn’t cleaned up to standard but it’s ok. There is no gym and spa as advertised, but you can use the facilities in the hotel next door at extra charge . The apartment on pictures isn’t the actual apartment you will get (no balcony)

- Multiple instances where the wifi was not working (or was extremely slow) it meant we couldn't use the TV. - I feel like the TV should be bigger considering the size of the room. Would be better to wall-mount the TV as well. - Stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. - Issues with the lamp in each bedroom (Bedroom 1 had a table lamp which didn't work, bedroom 2's table lamp made electricity crackling noises when turned on - seemed somewhat dangerous) - Flickering ceiling light in the passageway in front of the washing machine. - I would prefer if normal White toilet rolls were given rather than scented ones that turn yellow when exposed to water.

- Very spacious and comfortable beds. - Quick and easy check-in and check-out - we were able to check in about 45 minutes early which we really appreciated. - They kindly upgraded us to a larger apartment, thank you! - Generally clean - Great location to grab a Bolt taxi to go inner city. There's a SPAR shop 5 minutes walk away for snacks etc. - Nice shower with good shower pressure. - Speedy and modern lift - Generally quiet - Good A/C - Lots of space to hang clothes - Clean towels

They are not cooperative with late checkout even 1 h , you should expect to leave at 11:00 am. The Shower in 5th floor wasn’t working in 1st visit and they didn’t fix it. In 2nd visit the door in bathroom shower is semi broken you can’t close it. And the fan in the bathroom is not working. The receptionist are outstanding but it’s seen that everything is out of their hand.
