“Had to move rooms twice, the first 2 were terrible..3rd room very nice, comfortable, fresh and lovely views. The food was really not good at all very disappointing. Some of the staff made great efforts to make you feel welcome and some others were just rude and difficult. Such a amazing location, this could be a gem of a hotel, but management needs to review everything and take a new approach. However, it's location will keep it customers coming but not sure about returning, which is a great pity.”
