It's was good experience, It's one big house and very beautiful location , good 3 rooms, tv in bed room with Netflix.

Everything was great!

The property was spacious, comfortable, and appointed with everything we needed for our short stay and would have made a great base for a longer trip as well. There was plenty of room for our family of four to relax and enjoy ourselves. The views from all sides of the property are stunning and we were lucky enough to see northern lights during the night.

The house was very updated with a new kitchen and smart lighting and usb plug ins for devices. Fresh new towels and Linens. It felt spa like and especially clean. But my favourite was all the sheep and chickens and the mountain and lake views.

Didn’t enjoy the narrow road from the main road which in parts is very poor tarmac so chose mostly to drive out through the Barnatra way.

It was very well maintained and clean. There were plenty of towels etc. The location was amazing with stunning views. We even had a few visits from some local sheep and hens.

Absolutely beautiful location, stunning view over the lake, very convenient for touring the wilds of Mayo. Great value for money. The owner obviously cares a lot, all the kitchen appliances, stove, washing machine, fridge/freezer are top of the range. Well equipped kitchen. We had not expected good wifi at such a remote location but excellent coverage, large smart TV with Netflix, google nest. Efficient and quick boiler for hot water. The property was very clean and lots of small personal touches to make us feel welcome. We left behind something important and the owners contacted us straight away and went out of their way to ensure we got the item, for which we were very grateful. Would highly recommend this unique and special property.

We spent a wonderful time in a beautiful, lovingly and very well equipped country house. It is in a very quiet location with a great wide view of the lake and the countryside. 😊

You definitely need Google maps to locate the house, but once you find it you'll have no problems thereafter.

House was gorgeous, so clean, well organised and lots of uses of WiFi (heating, Netflix , fans) to make our stay perfect. Would really recommend this property. We will stay again. Our children loved the sheep and the view of the lake was beautiful.

The property has everything you could need for your stay. It is set in a very quiet area with beautiful views over the lake. There are a lot of wonderful scenic places to visit within a short drive. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful hideaway this is it. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Great location for touring the west or just chilling out around the lake. The double driveway is excellent as you can drive around the house without turning. The house was very clean and comfortable with great views over the lake at the front and mountain at the back.Owners very helpful and nearby if any help or assistance required.

We expected the remote location but for others might not work.

The remote location and view was just what we wanted and the cottage was ample for the 5 of us. Clean and modern renovation.

Would be nice to have an outdoor seat/s so you could enjoy the view. In the bedroom an armchair would be helpful too.

The house was spotless , well thought out , little details added to the comfort. All rooms were very comfortable.
