It was expensive per night but that's everywhere. Given the economic climate, it was reasonably priced compared to others in similar places.

Only a short stroll to the sea, a few minutes. Lots of parking. The host made getting there easy and sent a lovely message before and after we left. It was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. A group of adults shared the space, and the area was lovely and quiet. All seven adults who shared the home would choose the property again.

House was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, less than 5 mins walk to the beach... footpath - easy and safe walk for kids (ours were 9, 8, 5). Beach beautiful blue flag beach... quiet, shallow, soft sand, lifeguard, boardwalk. Kids loved it, and very safe and relaxing as a parent... coffee kiosk at beach entrance was lovely and very handy ... Hotel beside beach closed to guests but the electric car charging is operating and was great for us... we could drop car down for a few hrs in evening...

I give the owner and the property 11 out of 10 stars! There was a little hiccup that did cause some inconvenience upon arrival but it was not the owner's fault. What is to be mentioned is the fact that he was immediately responsive and made it right for us. The property was quiet, calm and a very short 3 min walk to the Irish sea. Amazing property, amazing service!

Super house in a fantastic location to Redbarn beach, which has a new boardwalk for daily walks, the beach has coffee huts that serves ice creams, snacks and other treats. Lovely chip hut also where you can sit and take in the evening sun all within 5 minutes walking distance from this house. Leavy's pet farm is well worth a visit with smallies only 20 minutes away from house. This house has everything you need and I will be back again

The dishes why not clean and the towels I'm missing including soap and instructions on using the various appliances. Fortunately it was easy to sit and figure out each and every one of them ms and we had a lovely time as a family. The people of Youghal were very hospitable .
