Breege was the most friendly and welcoming and accommodating host. As per the usual breakfast options, there were freshly homemade scones and banana bread also included and available to take in a bag as a snack for lunch. A very warm, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere.

We had such a lovely stay here and the host couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was fantastic. There was plenty of space for us to park and the location was very picturesque.

The rooms were spacious with big and clean toilet. The breakfast was fantastic. Such a great stay for this price in Ireland. Bregee is a lovely host and she loves what she doing. We enjoyed staying for two days with them.

There was nothing I didn't like about Abbyside B&B.

Our hosts were very accommodating, we arrived earlier than check in, and they had our room ready for us in short time. Everything was comfortable, breakfast was amazing!

I travelled with my mum who is a wheelchair user. The accommodation suited all her needs and was very comfortable . It was like home from home. Lily and the family were so friendly and helpful and made sure that we had everything that we needed. It was great waking up to the sound of all the farm animals. We hope that we will get the chance to visit soon again.

The property and host were fantastic for what I was looking for in a quite country retreat. Those wanting to go out at night may prefer to stay in Westport itself rather than make the short drive to the town.

Briege (the host) was a fantastic host and laid on a very warm Irish welcome. The property was very comfortable and the ensuite family room afforded lots of space and light. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Briege prepared a delicious breakfast selection each morning at whatever time suited me best. The property is located approximately 20 minutes drive from Westport, a lively seaside town on the west coast of Ireland. The area around the home is quite and very peaceful. I would highlight recommend the Abbeyside bnb to other guests visiting Mayo or Galway as it provided a great location to explore from.
